The whole process was extremely easy. Booking, key retrieval etc. communication was excellent can’t fault

Pros: Location was fantastic. Close to a nice coffee shop, bar and grocery stores and super close to the subway.

Cons: 5 floor walk up was a challenge although we got our steps in!

Pros: Location is excellent. The apartman is nice and comfortable.

Cons: there was no electricity - it went out twice Communication was not 100%

Lovely apartment in a gorgeous area.

Pros: Felt like this property was a little too good to be true when we booked it as it was such good value and seemed so well cared for. It was however exactly as pictured! We were 5 so sofa space/ table space was a little limited for the 5 of us but unless you’re planning to spend lots of time in the apartment it really doesn’t matter. Otherwise the layout felt pretty spacious and we had lots of room. The apartment had lots of cooking utensils if you needed them and a few pantry staples which is always so helpful! The best part of the place is the area- the apartment is located on a street with plenty of coffee, dining and even shopping amenities and the Brooklyn Heights area is just gorgeous to walk around! We would definitely return.

Cons: We had an issue with the heating coming on and not being able to switch it off but the hosts were quick to reply to us with advice on what to do.

Would stay again.

Pros: Loved the location. Literally beside the subway station on Monatugue street. Beautiful area of Brooklyn. Great food options on street. Great size apartment for NY.

Cons: The only downside was the 5 flights of stairs and no elevator. It was ok for us as we were all able for them but maybe to let people know incase of mobility issues.

Pros: Location was amazing. Montague St is cozy with lots of restaurants and just a couple blocks from the promenade, several subway stops within a few blocks.

Pros: The location is amazing and the ease of the hosts to allow us to leave our bags early, before check-in time, was wonderful and meant a lot! I highly recommend staying here, very safe and the proximity to both Brooklyn and Lower Manhattan can’t be beat!

Great stay in an excellent Brooklyn neighborhood that is close to sights, restaurants and transit.

Pros: Excellent location and great communication with the host.

Cons: My family stayed in the rental and they didn’t share with me early in the stay that there were no extra rolls of toilet paper and the shower didn’t look clean. But once I communicated that with the host, they responded quickly to fix the issues. The only other info to note is that I wish the listing stated it was a 4 floor walk up. The walk up became very laborious for my elderly mother. It would have been good information to have in advance of booking.

Pros: Great location with coffee shop, deli, and restaurants close by. Very walkable.

Pros: Fantastyczna lokalizacja,parę kroków do promenady,jeszcze bliżej do metra.Chyba jedno z lepszych miejsc w NY,fajny klimat,ładna,spokojna okolica,bez tłumów,w pobliżu dużo knajpek i sklepów.Mieszkanie przestronne i co ważne z dwoma osobnymi sypialniami.Jest klimatyzacja i ogrzewanie.Łatwy dostęp do kluczy.Dobry kontakt z właścicielami- przy awarii prądu pomoc była natychmiastowa.Chętnie tu wrócę.

Cons: Mieszkanie ogólnie zadbane ale można już zrobić kilka napraw i uzupełnić w kuchni trochę naczyń
