Overall the stay was good... I look forward in booking the unit again...

Pros: The unit was nice, clean and spacious... The host assisted me via emails...

Cons: The TV wasn't working when I arrived... Even though a new TV was installed it still wasn't set up to watch TV and it was in Spanish.... A new tea pot is needed... The one in the unit has rust on the inside... And there was a washer but no dryer...

Pros: New establishment and very close to Newark Liberty Airport

Cons: The furniture was not the best quality, the mattress was too soft. No hocks in the bathroom to hang towels, no table in either bedroom or shelfs to put your stuff, the bathroom door would not close. No kitchen towels, only paper rolls. OK for a short stay

A Comfortable Stay to visit surroundings of New York City

Pros: Our room was clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly spacious, providing a comfortable environment for our stay. The location was convenient. We appreciated the proximity to the supermarket to buy food, which we could prepare in the well equipped kitchen. It was also doable to reach the Elizabeth train station to get into New York Manhattan. Throughout our stay, the staff was attentive and helpful, although sometimes tricky, since it was only possible via email/SMS. However, their friendliness contributed to the positive atmosphere. In summary, our experience was very positive, and we would consider staying here again if we return to the area. Thanks to the team for making our visit comfortable.

Lovely Apartment which would benefit from some TLC

Pros: Very clean and spacious in a good location with a great supermarket within walking distance and a variety of interesting neighbourhood restaurants nearby.

Cons: Generally under equipped. There was not enough cutlery, kitchenware, etc. for 4 people. Not enough, and there were no spare pillows, and the mattress was soft and uncomfortable. Not enough towels for the length of our stay. If all above remedied, it would have been a 5* stay. All above are easy fixes, so hopefully, future guests will benefit.

Pros: grosses geräumiges Apartment,sehr sauber und es ist alles da was man braucht. Ruhige Lage mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Pros: Ruim en schoon en modern ingericht. Een bedbank om apart te kunnen slapen. Lokatie redelijk vlak bij bus en trein. Supermarkt om de hoek. Mooi uitzicht omdat we op de bovenste verdieping zaten. Makkelijk toegankelijk met inchecken. Koffiepods werden op verzoek verstrekt. Personeel reageerde snel op vragen of verzoeken. Vuilnis kon in een kast op de verdieping gedeponeerd worden in een schaft. - douchegel en afwasmiddel aanwezig

Cons: Er was maar een set handdoeken waar we het de hele week mee mochten doen. Er was een wasmachine om deze zelf te wassen maar een reserveset zou niet verkeerd geweest zijn. - Er was ook geen theedoekenset aanwezig om de vaat te kunnen afdrogen. (wel een vaatwasser maar voor drie kopjes zetten we die niet aan.) deze had ik dan zelf mee kunnen nemen als ik het had geweten. - de waterdruk is laag waardoor het douchen minder aangenaam is. - er waren geen opbergplekken in de badkamer zoals haakjes waar je je handdoeken en kleding aan op kon hangen - geen wasrek waar je kleding op kunt hangen om te drogen - geen lade of plank in de kast om je kleinere kledingstukken te leggen. Dus nu vooral uit de koffer geleefd, wat niet volledig comfortabel aanvoelt. ( voor ons verder prima hoor. ) - föhn aanwezig maar stuk. - badkamertegels deels zonder voegen en hier en daar los - douchestang verbogen - onze studio was nog niet klaar bij onze aankomst. (kregen een andere unit voor een nacht waardoor we niet meteen konden settelen

Apartment review

Pros: The parking was good - free and secure parking complex. The area is safe. I love the view from the corner apartment. The location was convenient. It was minutes from the airport. There is also a grocery and gas station close by. Good WiFi and good water pressure and good hot/cold water. Good air condition.

Cons: On our first day trying to enter the parking complex, we encountered some issues. We tried to contact the host via phone call and the call went straight to voice mail. This was an inconvenience as we needed immediate attention to resolve the issue.
