The apartment was easy to access with codes provided and had all the amenities needed

Pros: It was very central to NY city and to outlets. On street parking was easy. I would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.

Cons: The bed was a little high although very comfortable

Nice accomodation nearby New York

Pros: Nice apartment located in a convenient place to visit New York without staying in central, very expensive hotels. We used to drive until the free Staten island ferry (about 10 miles) to get to Manhattan. Well equipped and furnished. Recommended.

Cons: Unfortunately we could not enjoy pool and gym as they are under renovation.

Pros: The instruction is clear and the code was given a day before. Everything you need is given by the host.

Trotz der Mängel habe ich mich dort wohl und sicher gefühlt. Ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Pros: Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, die auch Platz für zwei bietet. Sie ist gut von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Es war sauber und ordentlich und gut ausgestattet.

Cons: Der Sessel neben dem Fernseher was nicht mehr stabil. Der Eingangstür fehlte ein Knauf. Um sie zuziehen zu können, behalf man sich mit einem geknoteten Band ( macht keinen guten Eindruck, funktioniert aber). Die Türen innerhalb des Apartments ließen sich wegen ausgeleierter Mechanismen nicht schließen und hielten sich nur unzuverlässig geschlossen, wenn es denn überhaupt möglich war (Bad zur Küche). Ich vermisste einen Stuhl im Schlafzimmer.

Nice spot for a getaway from home!

Pros: The property was as pictured. It was beautiful. In a nice building.

Cons: The parking situation was a bit tough. Would have been nice to have a parking lot. We had to circle the blocks quite a few times to find a spot. When I saw the advertisement for free parking, I figured there would be a lot. However, this issue wasn’t that huge for me to rate it any less. My boyfriend enjoyed his night stay for his birthday and we would use them again. Worth the money.

We enjoyed stay and would recommend.

Pros: Close to bus stop, 19 min walk to train. Grocery store 1 block away. Places to eat near by. Very clean and modern place. Full Kitchen. Good value.

Cons: A shade or blind under the curtin in the bedroom so light does not come in. I like it dark when I sleep. If you get there late after 11:00 PM many local walking distance restaurants are closed. Pick up something on the way. Many options during regular hours.

My daughters loved to stay here. Spacious and separate rooms.

Pros: We made breakfast ourselves. There were nice sets of kitchen utensils, pans, and stove so it was convenient to prepare breakfast our way with materials that we purchased from the nearby mart. The best part was the separate living room and the bed room, which accommodated different lifestyles of three people. I fell to sleep early at 8 in the bed room, while my daughters watched a movie till late in the living room. I got up at 1:00 am and worked in the living room, while my daughters slept in the bed room, with no interference.
