Great location, clean and well organized apartment.
Pros: Great location and nice, safe neighbourhood, 10 min walk to the Path/ferry to New York City. Clean and modern apartment. Every little detail was thought of and everything was well organized with plenty of supplies, toiletries, and snacks. Owners were very responsive and helpful. It was a great place to come back to after a long day.
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Apartamento muito bem aparelhado, cozinha completa com ótimos eletrodomésticos e vasilhames de boa qualidade, café em cápsula e em pó e chás de cortesia, sombrinhas a disposição, 2 banheiros completos com duchas boas e água quente, 2 jogos de toalhas por hóspede, 2 secadores de cabelo, sabonete líquido e shampoo além de um lavabo no 1º andar. A cama de casal, na sala, é de embutir e muito confortável. Boa localização, numa região bonita e tranquila. Parabéns

Gute und saubere Wohnung mit großzügiger Ausstattung und guter Verkehrsanbindung nach Manhattan
Pros: Uns hat bei der Anreise ein großer Korb mit Süßigkeiten, mehrere Dosen Softgetränke und Kaffee in mannigfacher Auswahl (Kapseln und Pulverkaffee) erwartet. Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns optimal: mit der Linie 126, die zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar war, gelangten wir, je nach Verkehrslage in 20-30Minuten nach Midtown bzw. Upper Manhattan, mit der Fähre, die zu Fuß in 8 Minuten erreichbar war, konnten wir in 15 Minuten nach Lower Manhatttan übersetzen. Perfekt!!!
Cons: Die Wohnung ist etwas hellhöriger als wir es von Deutschland her gewöhnt sind, aber da Hoboken generell deutlich ruhiger ist als Manhattan hat uns dies nicht wirklich gestört.

Pros: Our stay could not have been better. Very clear and prompt communication, check in and checkout went smoothly. The apartment was clean and was full of nice welcoming touches. The parking spot was a great feature. Location great, walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go in Hoboken.

Für Abstand zum trubligen NYC sehr geeignet, trotzdem hut zu erreichen.
Pros: Grosszügig, mit allen Dingen für täglichen Bedarf ausgestattet, wie z.B. Kaffee und Willkommensgetränke.
Cons: Sehr hellhörig und tagsüber ein wenig duster.

Perfekte Gastgeber, mit der perfekten Wohnung.
Pros: Es war alles perfekt. Der Kontakt, die Erreichbarkeit mit Path oder Ferry, die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die Restaurants in der Nähe und die Snacks und Getränke bei Ankunft. Ein rundum toller Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank, das wir Ihre Wohnung als Ausgangspunkt nutzen durften. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
Cons: Es gibt nur einen negativen Punkt. Die Lautstärke aus der Wohnung darüber. Speziell die Trittgeräusche.

Dotato di tutti i comfort
Pros: Il top del top!!!! In questo appartamento c'è tutto, super fornito di tutto il necessario e anche di più. Pulitissimo, corredato di lavastoviglie, lavatrice e asciugatrice con relativi detersivi. Ogni camera ha il suo bel bagno che ha una doccia grande con tutti i saponi compreso il balsamo e ovviamente gli asciugamani. Nelle camere ci sono le cabine armadio e il letto è comodo. Non manca l'aria condizionata e il deumidificatore. Ogni stanza ha un grande televisore ...insomma Margaret ha pensato proprio a tutto, anche all' olio di oliva!!! Ottima la posizione, a 15 minuti di cammino si trova la PATH, il treno che porta a New York in pochi minuti. La lista delle cose positive sarebbe ancora lunga ma consiglio di scegliere questo appartamento al 100%. Unico neo i cuscini troppo alti, almeno per me, in cabina armadio ne metterei più bassi come scorta. Grazie di tutto Margaret

Location zum Wohlfühlen!
Pros: Alles sehr sauber. Elektrische Geräte modern und hochwertig. Kaffee, Honig, Waschpulver, Siftgetränke, Knabberzeug —> alles vorhanden für das erste Ankommen. Super!
Cons: Doch etwas weiter zum PATH-Bahnhof als erwartet. Gegen Morgen wurde es vom Verkehr her etwas lauter.
