A spacious, good value base for a family visiting NYC

Pros: For a visit to NYC as a family of four, we stayed here, with three bedrooms and an open plan kitchen/living area for the same cost of a twin bedded hotel room in Manhattan. Using the HBLR, PATH and subway, we could get into NYC for less than the cost of hotel car parking. The property came with a dedicated parking off-street parking space. The kitchen was properly equipped and clean. The bathroom was in good order and had been recently renovated.

Cons: The renovated bathroom had an excellent shower but it had replaced the advertised spa bath. Not a problem for us, but beware the outdated property description. More of an issue was the fact that the advertised washer and dryer did not exist. There are laundromats close by but we could not put washing on and go out for the day.

Very much worth staying here. Was a great place

Pros: The house was very nice, clean and very much accommodating. Our host was very proactive reaching out during our stay to make sure things were acceptable. Will def stay here again.

Everything you need for relaxing

Pros: Spacious property with thoughtful designs. Full kitchen with everything you would need to cook. Keurig and stocked pods (my love language). Clean linens and bedding. We were able to park in the property drive way. Close enough to uber to the PATH station for a reasonable price. A relaxing space to come back to after running around all day. Traveling with family, you can all spend time in the common area together or if you need some quiet space you can hang out in your own room. It was perfect.

Cons: We loved this property. It had everything we needed. I would only let everyone know that the street leading to the property is lined with parked vehicles on both sides and driving a larger vehicle (a big truck) you may have a harder time getting into the driveway. The neighbors were so friendly and offered to move vehicles to help us get in the driveway. This is not a negative against the property, only something to plan for.
