New York Dream Midtown never disappoints 😃

Pros: Location is great, staff are warm and welcoming! This was our 3rd time staying here and would again!

Cons: Construction going on outside during the night. Realise this is out of the hotels control and won’t be forever!

Pros: We spent a great week mid December at Dream Midtown. The location is perfect in Midtown Manhattan - walkable distance to Times Square, the Theatre District and Central Park. It was lovely to have complimentary bottles of water from the front desk whenever you wanted. Everything in the room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was well appointed. The lifts were prompt, with very little waiting. A special mention to all the staff and the concierge, who were excellent. My husband had an urgent medical issue during our stay, and they were all most helpful and caring in assisting us with getting him to medical care.

Cons: It is expensive, however for New York you are paying for the location, which is excellent. There is a lot of construction noise, but that is everywhere in Manhattan. It didn't detract from our wonderful time at Dream.

Pros: I love that fact that I was upgraded to a presidential suite because the orginal room I booked was not available at the time of checkin. Staff also gave my husband and I a complintarty bottle of white wine as it was my birthday...... very kind of the staff

Cons: My stay was only one night but everything was absolutely perfect. Very efficient and friendly staff

Pros: Location. Great rooftop bar ( closed on Monday) but beautiful cocktail lounge accessible from the lobby. On site dining. Staff were fantastic! So close to metro, Central Park,broadway and many of the sights.

Cons: Room was on the smaller side with no view but was comfortable.

Pros: The staff always went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The Bartender at the outside patio bar was fantastic! You couldn't ask for a better location.
