Pros: It a cozy apartment with a three room, and full facilities and great kitchen, big screen tv, nice roof top and view.

Cons: The parking lot is used by the people who live below the apartment! When I arrived at night after returning from traveling around New York City. I found that the parking lot was occupied by someone else, even worse, at 5 in the morning, I was woken up again by the person who lived under the apartment to move my vehicle, because there was another vehicle in the garage where I rented this apartment, there was another vehicle going out
