Great location, modern and clean. Everything you need in a hotel. Great bar and breakfast was delicious!

Pros: Modern, clean. Location great and breakfast was delicious! Huge rooms. So very comfortable.

Cons: The elevators need to be cleaned and repaired. Cracked tiles and looking a bit grubby.

Pros: Location., parking, breakfast, helpful staff. Quiet rooms. Did not hear neighbors or outside.

Cons: The bathroom door was difficult to use and very noisy.

Pros: Great lobby with a nice buzzing bar to one end of it. Staff were attentive and main areas well dressed for Christmas.

Incredible stay with great staff, breakfast and location!

Pros: Absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was amazing. I requested a room with a tub after we arrived and they were able to accommodate us. The checked in with us throughout the visit via phone messages. They could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was incredible. They had a great variety and even gluten free options. The location is amazing and. Only 15 min from the Expo Center and the HUGE mall is just down the street. You could not ask for more.

Cons: There is nothing they could improve on.

Excellent hotel and great value for the money!

Pros: Staff is exceptionally nice and extremely helpful in navigating the area and suggesting local restaurants.

Cons: The hotel was full due to its excellent reputation and the wait for an elevator could be longer at times.

Comfortable room with very friendly staff, good parking and great value for money

Pros: Breakfast menu looked great but I only tried the oatmeal. Staff were friendly. Bar had a good atmosphere

Cons: Nothing really. Everything was good or very good

Pros: Friendly staff Housekeeping was prompt in cleaning a very smoky hallway

Cons: Bedside table, lights and clock/outlet were very dusty Not enough light in front part of room by coffee maker. **The door leading outside at the end of our hallway was continuously propped open with a large rock. Very concerning security risk.

Pros: The pool was excellent and staff we met were very friendly

Cons: Bar service was very slow and understaffed so we were not able to utilize

Lukewarm

Pros: Alloy's location is good in that it's right off a main road, and access to neighborhoods and main highway are manageable. There are amenities nearby, such as a large grocery store, and an ethnic grocery store (Indian), several fast-food places, coffee. Alloy is clean, quiet.

Cons: In many hotels/resorts, the front staff easily volunteer greetings, farewells, and closure to one's stay; having stayed at the Alloy before, it was disappointing to experience the lack of cordial communications from the front desk. For example, at checkout, the same front desk representative who was there last time, did not ask if one preferred a hard-copy of the receipt over an email, and, as before, was not inclined to say the usual \
