A wonderful stay with excellent hosts. Highly recommend!

Pros: Absolutely immaculate and charming stay! Just minutes from downtown, the loft is perfectly located for dining and shopping. The property was exceptionally well kept, with wonderful touches like a basket of throw blankets in the living room and games. The towels and bedding were spotless, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Parking was easy and convenient, and the hosts were exceptional with communication. I would absolutely return visit, and I highly recommend this host. You will be well taken care of!

One of the best Air B&Bs I have ever stayed in.

Pros: Large apartment size, historic property, excellent decor, well equipped kitchen, everything was well maintained and accommodating. Location very near center of town.

Cons: Very small improvements would be: a larger bar of bath soap, luggage racks, and clear instructions on how to use the T.V.

Pros: Spacious apartment easy access to Philadelphia. One block to Kenneth Square.. Parking garage nearby for extra vehicles. If we ever get out that way again we will definitely stay here....

Pros: Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben mit einer kleinen steilen Treppe und innen mit einem schönen großen Raum mit einer geräumigen Küche, einem Esstisch sowie einem Wohnbereich. Die Betten bzw. die Matratzen waren okay, aber sehr weich und es hat laut gequietscht wenn man sich hingelegt hat. Die Küche war sehr geräumig, aber es waren die wichtigsten Küchenutensilien vorhanden. Die Waschmaschine mit integriertem Trockner war vorhanden. Jedoch fand ich die Qualität des Trockners eher mangelhaft und die Bedienung war trotz Anleitung nicht sehr intuitiv.

Cons: Die Außenanlagen so wie auf den Fotos kann ich so leider nicht bestätigen. Die Blumen etc sind nicht vorhanden. Wir haben die Vermieter kontaktiert, da wir einen Wäscheständer gebräucht hätten. Leider kam hier keine Antwort - auch nicht nach 3 Tagen. Die automatischen Nachrichten über booking waren super. Aber auf individuelle Anfragen wurde nicht reagiert.

Would definately do it again. Within walking distance of downtown.

Pros: It was so much better than staying at a hotel. The place was clean and well maintained. It was also unique. Appliances were new and in fine condition.

Cons: The only thing to be wary of is the stairs leading up. They are narrow and steep. It was okay for us, but we had to be careful.
