Pros: I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment was exactly as advertised, tidy, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious for the area. The location couldn’t be better, with Central Park, great restaurants, and the subway all just a short walk away. It made getting around the city incredibly convenient. The host team was responsive and helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. I’d happily book this place again on my next trip to NYC.

Pros: It’s very close to Central Park and good neighborhood and good deal for a 5 days stay that did not break the bank.

Cons: Just the kitchen sink problem, however the property manager informed us ahead of time and we don’t have a use anyway as, we were eating out most of the time.
