Bel appartement fonctionnel à 2 pas de central park

Pros: Appartement propre et fonctionnel et bien chauffé disposant de 3 vraies chambres, à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la station de métro. Quartier tranquille avec petits commerces attenants. Je recommande vivement.

Cons: Chambres exposées côté route donc bruyante, mais bon on s’y fait.

Nice apartment at just 2 blocks away from Central Park and close to restaurants, stores and more! Clean and cozy!

Pros: This place has a great location. We didn’t have to walk too much to go to the grocery store and there were many options for food. Bus and subway station are also a walking distance. Central Park is just 2 blocks away, we were able to see it fully snowed and it was magical. The location is not too noisy and the neighborhood feels safe.

Cons: It took us a while to warm up the apartment during the snow storm. Luckily we were able to figure it out.

Estancia perfecta y muy cómoda en Nueva York

Pros: Lo mejor que tiene este apartamento es su amplitud y comodidad. Dispone de 3 dormitorios independientes con camas dobles, un baño completo y una zona de cocina comedor (más reducida que 2 de las habitaciones). Se encuentra ubicado a apenas 100 metros de Central Park (West), tiene metro en las inmediaciones y dos buenos supermercados muy cerca (Whole Food y Trader Joe`s). Además hay restaurantes y pequeñas tiendas de comestibles con amplios horarios. El servicio que presta la inmobiliaria que lo gestiona es impecable, son atentos, muy rápidos en responder y se preocupan por hacer la estancia perfecta. En nuestro caso particular solicitamos retrasar el checkout 3 horas y no nos pusieron ningún problema ni tampoco nos cobraron un suplemento por ello. Creo que la relación calidad/precio es difícilmente mejorable dentro de Manhattan y recomendaría el apartamento a todo el mundo.

Cons: Todo fue perfecto. Solo indicaría a tener en cuenta que el apartamento se encuentra en un cuarto piso y no hay ascensor, las escaleras son bastante empinadas además. Una de las habitaciones y la zona de cocina-comedor son interiores y apenas disponen de luz natural (a cambio no hay ningún ruido en ellas y son ideales para descansar).

Buen precio y excelente apartamento y ubicación

Pros: Ubicación muy buena. Apartamento muy limpio, acogedor, amplio y una zona muy buena. Sinceramente íbamos con miedo por lo que nos encontraríamos porque no tenía reseñas. Pero nos ha sorprendido muchísimo para bien. Si volvemos a Nueva York, ojalá podamos volver a este alojamiento.

Cons: No tiene ascensor, pero para nosotros no fue un problema. Solo como crítica constructiva para próximos huéspedes, sería genial que tuvieran pastillas para lavavajillas y bolsas de basura.
