My daughters & Ioved this apartment.

Pros: Exactly as advertised-3br, 2 baths, clean, stylish, great location.

Cons: The only recommendation would be to place some lighting under the cabinets in the kitchen. The black on black cabinets & granite counters made it tough to see.

Pros: Lots of great restaurants in walking distance Many local gyms to choose from Great location Surprisingly quiet Very comfortable. Spacious with good layout. Great value.

Cons: Cleaning not thorough - coffee was left in the pot. A few dirty pots also Some debris left on the floor Slow drains requiring Drano No elevator Apartment can run a little hot Stagnant airflow in the hallways

Pros: Good location, spacious apartment, washer and dryer, well equipped kitchen, fast responses from the host, close to a supermarket.

Cons: No fresh air outlet, 18 minutes walk from the MTA.

Pros: This was exactly what we were looking for. Very spacious apartment and extremely clean. Check-in instructions were very easy to follow and the host was super friendly and responsive. The location was also amazing. We literally just walked everywhere. Everything was so close.
