Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Staff, easy to check in and out, reactive to any request, very clean as very few places can be!

Cons: We had a studio with a kitchen but no table. I have requested one (even small) but there was no available. That was a big miss as we chose the option with a kitchen to have meals at the property.

A fantastic stay — comfortable, spotless, and incredibly convenient.

Pros: We loved our stay. The apartment was surprisingly spacious and impeccably clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the gym and coffee shop downstairs made it even more convenient. We would happily stay again.

Great location. Building is handy when snowy and cold outside!

Pros: Great rooms, great furniture, love the vinyl player and the vibes in the rooms. Second time staying in this hotel and I'll definitely do it at third time. The staff is professional and nice at the same time. The Black Fox Coffee in the same building was super handy on a daily, for fresh eggs, pastry and obviously coffee! I've finished my stay at the Michelin * restaurant, Crown Shy, love the vibe, open kitchen and the taste of the delicious meals and drinks (even the non alcoholic ones) : 10/10.

Cons: Nothing specifically, I should have booked the same premium suite to make sure i had a full kitchen. It was my mistake, but the staff really help out by providing some help and some plates and cutlery. Thanks for your kindness.

Happy staff team

Pros: The staff were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for staff who ordered cabs and did everything they could to increase our enjoyment and advise us on e.g. shops and clothing for forecasted weather. I have never seen such a good team.

Perfect size and location for a winter getaway

Pros: Great value for NYC and a ton of space! Was easy to get everywhere from Wall St. Good food options nearby too.

Great location, good value, spacious

Pros: Great location for sightseeing, spacious studio, easy accessible; close subway and facilities

Cons: There were four of us staying in the studio, I had to ask for extra towels every day even after asking reception to tell house keeping and leaving a note as they only left two, just a bit annoying as satyed for a week Our bed did not have a proper duvet cover just a sheet under and on top which is not hygienic and annoying as duvet did not stay on properly

Really wonderful apartment

Pros: Really clean, really quiet and a lovely spacious room

Pros: The location of 70 Mint House on Pine was excellent. An easy 3-4 minute walk to the Wall Street subway station to get you into the centre of Manhattan. Having a washing machine and dryer was essential for us with 2 teenagers as was the 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen. Our youngest son 14 had to sleep on the queen pull out in the lounge room which he didn’t mind. Would stay again when in New York.

Cons: Having the pull out sofa bed in the lounge room for 8 days not ideal to hang out for everyone else, but we managed.

Great location, very large appartment

Pros: Location great, close to some key sights and Metro nearby for the rest

Cons: Rooftop bar (not Minthouse but same building) in winter to be avoided - no real view unless outside
