Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Pros: Die Unterkunft ist nur zu empfehlen. Es ist und bleibt ein Zimmer in New York und kein Luxushotel. Die Lage ist perfekt. Man ist in 10min zu Fuß beim Empire State Building und in nochmal 5min beim Time Square. Das Zimmer verfügt über alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Es ist sauber und auch die gemeinsame Toilette sowie Dusche waren immer sauber. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist lobenswert. Auf Nachrichten wird so schnell es geht geantwortet. In Realität wirkt das Zimmer etwas kleiner als auf den Bildern, aber für zwei Personen mehr als ausreichend. Man ist dort immerhin nur zum Übernachten. Für den Preis und die Lage eine sehr gute Unterkunft!

Pros: - très bon emplacement - check in et check out simples et efficaces - possibilité de stockage des valises avant l’horaire du check in

Cons: - check in un peu tardif, après 15h - chambre un peu étroite avec une grosse valise

Served it's purpose, a place to sleep. Would recommend for affordability and proximity.

Pros: Location was great - served the purpose of sleeping and getting ready to venture into the city. The room was clean and bathrooms were too.

Cons: I asked about parking and the response I received was fast (thank you). I was told there was parking available outside the building if I could get a spot or around the corner. I parked between the signs that included no parking between Tuesday and Friday 12:00 pm. My car was there Friday after 5 and gone by Tuesday at 5 and I received a $100.00 parking ticket. The lock box instructions were more intimidating. It was actually very easy. The lock on my door in 4E kept popping when the switch was turned and the door was pressed which means that from the inside the door didn't actually lock. This was insecure. It would be most preferable to have a secondary locking closure (not chain slide) which was not present.
