Pros: The hotel was surprisingly good (given the score that we saw on booking). The staff was great and helpful, the room was spacious and very clean. The shower was also very good and spacious. Overall it exceeded our expectations.

Cons: We had breakfast included with our rooms (2 rooms). We weren’t aware that the number of breakfasts didn’t match the number of guests (4 breakfasts (2 per room) for 5 guests). It’s not a buffet.

Cons: Bring bottle water since the city water is stinky. In room bottles were $6 :-(

I was pleased in all respects, especially all staff and room request.

Pros: Space, accommodations, amenities were as I expect at a Marriott property but I am handicapped so could not use them. I was out for functions so did not eat or drink in property but likely would have.

Cons: Nothing that Marriott could have eased any more than y’all did - I am handicapped.

Nice staff and hotel otherwise

Pros: Upon arriving the hotel looked so clean! It smelt so good walking in the halls to our room. Front desk staff was very nice and accommodating.

Cons: Although it looked beautiful and clean I killed a roach crawling on the desk where we had crackers. I got up in the night and turned on the desk light to see where I was walking and there it was… I did not say anything to my family because I didn’t want to freak them out and ruin the trip but I was internally freaking out and shocked because the hotel was super clean.

Pros: As always, the staff is great. They are friendly, helpful, and professional. It is a comfortable facility.

Cons: The only downside of this visit was getting moved to the 3rd floor. They are doing some unannounced renovation on the first floor. Since I have some mobility issues, the 3rd floor is not a good place for me as having to walk down 3 flights of stairs in an emergency is not safe. I am usually given a first floor room. Which I much appreciate.

Great spot for our trip south.

Pros: It was perfectly located for our trip south. The restaurant on premises was good and made getting dinner after a long drive.
