Overall I was very happy with the stay.

Pros: Host was really nice and available if we needed anything. plenty of space for a six person family. apartment was super clean.

Cons: cheaper than other options nearby, but felt a little expensive for one night. Neighborhood is questionable. the key lockbox was tricky, but my son was able to get it open.
