Fantastic hotel in great location!

Pros: Fantastic location. Rooms are a good size and equipped with everything you need. Staff very helpful. Free breakfast a bonus. Would stay here again.

Cons: Everything was great. Some previous reviews about lifts taking forever but we didn’t wait more than 3-4 mins at any time.

Great stay, highly recommended

Pros: The view on Manhattan is amazing!! Pictures show it correctly but seeing this live is so great. Location is also great, safe and walking distance from Times Square. Grocery stores available near by.

Cons: Could have been more vegetables for a breakfast.

Pros: The location is amazing. Staff were really friendly. Based on other reviews I was expecting the room to be tiny, but it was actually bigger than a thought. Breakfast was good as well.

Pros: The location is great. Very conveniently located close to two different metro stops. The breakfast included in the room offers a good variety. The beds are very comfortable.

Cons: The heater in the room wasn’t working great but someone came to fix it when we inquired about it.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Pros: Great hotel overall — clean, and include breakfast which is actually quite rare . The breakfast is modest but still you can find healthy choice to eat. The rooms are small but nice. and to pay a little more for skyline view is totally worth it. We had a great view to the Empire state building, many thanks that staff read my comments. Staff are nice The location is perfect for the city's exploration

Cons: The only downsides are the location, which can be quite noisy with traffic and occasional congestion and you also can wait elevators for a while so I suggest to go to the breakfast at 7 am then its ok

Pros: good breakfast- nothing to special, but everyone find somethin, . beds were comfy, view was stunning - 37 floor, skyline view. We didnt have any problems with elevators.

Cons: missing some shelfs in the room for clothing.

Pros: The location was very central, breakfast was a great selection, friendly and helpful staff, very clean room with everything you require, excellent view of the Empire State Building. The extra touches for my special birthday celebration were greatly received and appreciated.

Cons: At very busy times the lifts were a little slow

Pros: We selected Hyatt Place for the view and were not disappointed. We had a room on the 43rd floor and the views of New York were exactly as seen in the promotional photos on booking.com.

Cons: The breakfast area was busy all 6 days of our stay. However we always managed to get a seat with a bit of a wait.
