UPDATED Amazing Bi -Level Condo minutes from water views of New York City

Pros: Travelling with three family members. We were shocked on how amazing the loft was. It was just like on the pictures, clean, with well working AC and fans. Kitchen and bathrooms were superb equipped, there were laundry machines and detergent available. Everything worked well, we experienced no issues with the inventory. There are multiple options of getting to NYC, with variety different busses. Getting back could be tiring, since Port Authority is a mess to figure out as a tourist.

Fantastic Stay in a Spacious Apartment

Pros: Big, amazing apartment with great amenities! Starbucks and Aldi are just a few minutes’ walk away, and there are plenty of buses nearby that go straight to Port Authority/Times Square. The host, John, is very helpful and responds quickly to any questions or requests. Overall, I absolutely loved this place!

Cons: Just a heads-up: to access the shower, there’s a small step or climb involved. It wasn’t an issue for me, but something to keep in mind if you’re traveling with elderly guests.

A nice location to stay if you want to visit New York city

Pros: This is a huge appartment on two levels. It was clean. Although sound of trafic from a busy road nearby was audible, it was not really disturbing. There is space for parking a car included. Within a 7 minutes' walk there are frequent bus connections to New York City - Porth Authority bus terminal. Water bottles were available in the fridge. Some few steps need to be taken to lift the luggage inside. The area is safe and supermarkets are located within walking distance.

Cons: For one single person the appartment is a bit over sized and it is not so cheap for 260,- USD/night. But if you come with several people, the price looks better then. Descriptions on how to access the appartment entering a code \

An amazing experience

Pros: Everything! The comfort, the decoration, how clean it was, the location. New York is very easy to reach by bus, there are so many lines! The coffee, all the amenities. The heating and air conditioner, the silence during the night. The near supermarkets and Starbucks. I wanted more days!

Cons: To say something: teaspoons would be great.

Pros: Great large space, very clean and well equipped. Great bus links to NYC. Communication was excellent.

Simply don’t miss out on this apartment .. a hidden gem within a hop step and jump to Manhattan

Pros: A great apartment with everything that we needed. Modern, warm cosy and the option to cook as we pleased. Laundry here too making life on holiday a breeze. Easy walk to the bus which took us to the port authority terminal into Manhattan. Local shopping - Aldi and Shoprite - Starbucks literally 200m away. We absolutely loved our stay!!

The perfect stay for visiting New York City without spending a fortune on parking in Manhattan

Pros: the location of the property was extremely convenient. Starbucks was just across the road..... supermarket for groceries is across the carpark. The instructions to Manhattan was clearly shared by the host in the Welcome Folder. Parking is an extreme bonus. We have made a road trip and parking in Manhattan costs an arm and a leg. So we took a bus from a stop 3 - 5 minutes from the apartment and voila 20 - 25 minute we are in the Port Authority Bus Terminal. Buses have special lanes to allow speedy travel into Manhattan. New Jersey is also not short on attraction with the American dream Mall just a 15 minutes drive. .John is an excellent host. His home is impeccable that we do not want to keep things out of the order they were in. We hope the rest of his future guests would treat it like its their own and keep it that way.

Cons: The bathroom for showers in on the loft level which can bit a bit tricky if your descending the stairs if your not completely dry and the stairs is still waxy from a good clean up prior to arrival. Anti slip Mat would be our suggestion to prevent any slip up

Amazing stay

Pros: The apartment had a lot of space, the kitchen was very well equipped, the whole structure was perfectly clean, there were comprehensive instructions for all the appliances, the position is extremely convenient for visiting Manhattan
