Hyatt House Philadelphia/Plymouth Meeting

Pros: friendly and polite personnel. And the room was spacious and very clean.

Good location, helpful staff and convenient amenities.

Pros: We had a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment which was very practical. The reception employees were very nice and helpful providing us with extra towels, help with the guest laundry and information when required. The check-in was very efficient, and they had all the information about the breakfast and the facilities like gym, pool and guest laundry. The breakfast was nice and had a variety of items like eggs, sausages, bagels, oatmeal etc. We sometimes heard other guests when we were in the kitchen or living room of the apartment but never when in the bedrooms with the doors closed. The hotel is in a nice area, very close to shopping and restaurants and the highway.

Cons: The room itself was comfortable but a bit run down. The toilet in one of the bathrooms made a loud noise when it was filling up and the walk-in shower did not have space to put soap or shampoo (the corner wire shelf was missing some wires which meant that everything fell down.) If the dishwasher door was closed, then the cutlery drawer was blocked and could not open! So a few issues with the room itself but overall we had a very nice stay.

Pros: We stayed in 2 bedrooms King suite is perfect for our family.

Pros: breakfast exceptional. Room cleanliness great. Bartender very helpful with chicken sandwiches. Bathroom very clean. Desk exceptional helping print Gate Passes for our flight.

Cons: Business center printer did not work at all.

Pros: When we were checking in, we received an upgrade which was unexpected and very nice (Merry Christmas to us!) The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a convenient location to where our family lived and not too far from the highway. A very pleasant all around!

This is not my first time at Hyatt House. It's always my first choice when visiting KOP.

Pros: The location was great. The suite was great, with a full kitchen and full bathrooms in each bedroom. Very good breakfast.

We had a great getaway and plenty to do and see at a great hotel

Pros: We were centrally located for shopping. Had a great breakfast to start our adventure Spacious and clean room to come back and stretch Out in. Great beds!

Cons: End tables in room. Nowhere to seat drinks in living other than ottoman. Not much furniture in living room. Not very comfortable either
