Another relaxing weekend in Philly

Pros: This was my fourth stay here never an issue with check in or accomedation. Near public transit, shops and the neigjbourhood is pretty quiet.

Very comfortable and quiet

Pros: Clean and comfortable. Great location. Easy transportation and supermarkets

Cons: No microwave, refrigerator, or tv

An austere very economical place to stay near University City!

Pros: The house was secure and clean. The manager was very communicative. The shower soap was luxurious.

Cons: The room was smaller than expected, with no dresser, end tables or desk, and closet. The floor heating vent had visible mold which probably came from the ductwork. The block felt a little sketchy. The neighboring house had a window 15 feet from the bedroom window. The staircase was narrow, steep, and uneven. All the same, the bargain was awesome, and the neighborhood had lots of African and Middle Eastern restaurants and stores.

Definitely worth it

Pros: I was visiting a friend and needed a place to stay and gave it a shot, was very happy. Rob is a great guy, polite and made me feel safe with the way he responded. The beds are a cool style, very comfortable, ac works great and the LOCK ON THE DOORS ARE SAWEEEET! First timer with this and glad I picked this place on Ludlow.

Cons: Negative is the parking, finding a spot is a pain but it's the city life.
