Great location if you are going to the Expo centre and don’t have your own rental car

Pros: Great facility close to the expo centre, just what I needed

Cons: There wasn’t much I didn’t like about the facility, they were very accommodating and friendly

Nice clean and neat room. The same for the whole facility and property. Friendly staff !

Pros: I missed the cutoff time but short walk to Bob Evans wasn't a problem

I definitely will come back for a second time.

Pros: Great location, friendly staff and having a bar and restaurant in the lobby area were convenient. The room was comfortable. However there was a volleyball match or something going on that same weekend so it was a lot of kids and families, but overall it was nice.

It was very clean. Check in was great

Pros: The bartender was fabulous. I only had one drink, but I am in the industry and she was so personable.

Cons: There was a weird smell in the hallways. Pillows were a little flat and the bed was stiff. This would be good for someone with back problems, however I have hip and shoulder problems. I slept well but a little sore the next day. But overall great stay.

The best weekend in a long time!!!

Pros: The hotel was beautiful and so clean. The pool and hot tub were constantly monitored. Everything was perfect!!!!

Cons: I wish there was a restaurant on site that was open all day.

Pros: Great location. Close to many restaurants and near the venue that I was going to.

Cons: Pool water was a little cloudy and the spa was Luke warm but still all in all pleasant.

Although not perfect, the hotel staff made up for things. They were helpful.

Pros: Breakfast was very good although most hotel chains offer free breakast.

Cons: Carpets in the elevators have seen better days. lamp on end table had loose plug in for charger...worried about starting a fire. Bathroom although clean had rust spots on metal work.
