Great Stay Close to the Airport

Pros: Affordable and conveniently located near the airport, with free parking and all necessities nearby. The room was comfortable and clean. The house features three rooms with a shared living room and kitchen. The staff was very friendly and accessible via phone and the Booking.com chat. Free Wi-Fi was provided, along with towels. Initially, I was a bit concerned after reading some older reviews, but my experience turned out to be excellent. If I visit Philadelphia again, I’ll definitely choose to stay here.

Cons: There is nothing to complain about, but it would be better if they added another bulb for more light in the room!

Pros: The area is very convenient and the house has a very nice setup! Very spacious room. Nice amenities!

Pros: El alojamiento está bastante bien para el precio que tiene. Está ordenado, parece limpio y es cómodo. El código para entrar a la casa y a la habitación facilita mucho. El barrio parece seguro y los vecinos educados y amigables. Estuvo bien pero porque solo estuve una noche para coger el bus temprano. No sé si para más tiempo hubiera elegido este alojamiento, no estuvo mal pero era la sensación, más por el resto de huéspedes que otra cosa.

Cons: Realmente incomodaron un poco los vecinos (o otros huéspedes, no sé muy bien), porque hubo un punto de la noche que hicieron bastante ruido. También hay que tener en cuenta que era 3 de julio, víspera de festivo. Para la gente de fuera de USA, en la mayoría de precios no están incluidas las tasas así que el precio que pone en la web no es el definitivo. Además, solicitan el pago de una “fianza” que si todo está bien luego te devuelven. No es algo que sea malo pero desde luego algo que hay que tener en cuenta, ya que en ninguna parte lo indican antes de hacer la reserva. (Yo lo supe leyendo comentarios)

Good enough.

Pros: Kitchen was nice size and clean. Refrigerator access was good, wish there was ice available. As traveler I always want ice. Living room area was cozy and clean. Room was simple and worked great. Bathroom was clean.

Cons: Stub toes going into bathroom. The transition from carpet to tile was unacceptably high ti someone with mobility issues. Resulted in minor injury to foot. There were ants near kitchen sink.

better then any hotel!

Pros: very nice neiborhood quiet and neighbors are so friendly place is clean has everything you need and is quite safe.

Cons: there is nothing not to like

Pros: I space is quiet and calm. It is a well secured spaced. The kitchen is clean and well equipt for confort.

Cons: The quality of the mattress and bed can be improved. 2 set of towels were not enough for the week. The internet was unstable and didnt't work in the morning.
