Well equipped and a good location

Pros: Well equipped and a good location. We walked into the centre. Subway not that pleasant but plenty of Lyft and Ubers around. Very good Chinese restaurant locally - Dim Sum House in Chestnut Street and a Wholefoods for essentials, a short walk away. Roof garden is lovely too as an extra space.

Cons: Not ideal for small children or elderly/people with mobility issues, as the apartment is at the top of a steep flight of stairs.

Excellent value for money, very clean, lovey apartment

Pros: The property was amazing, had everything you would need, Including toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner. The kitchen area was fully equipped with microwave, fridge freezer. And it was immaculate. The roof top was spectacular when lit up at night.

Pros: The apartment was very nice , styled wonderfully. Has all the things just in case you forgot a toothbrush and we did - advil and bandauds !! Loved that

“Exceptional stay! I almost booked another night because of the comfortable bed!\

Pros: I had an absolutely exceptional stay! The host went above and beyond to make us feel completely comfortable. She designed the place as if it were her own stay, and she took every detail into consideration. The apartment had everything we could imagine including utensils, pots, pans, dishwasher, trash bags, shampoo, soap, conditioner, paper towels, washing machine, and EXTRAS like seasoning, toothbrushes, egg whisks, razors, AND EVEN syrup, hot sauce, and a bag of ice. Wow! That was truly thoughtful and beyond expectations. I’ve never experienced such care with any overnight stay. This was quality and outstanding customer service! I will be returning!

Would recommend!

Pros: Clean , street parking in front of location , host offered often forgotten toiletries. Spacious for a nice gathering . The rooftop view was nice. Sunrise was awesome to see. Good communication from the host before during and after the stay. Would recommend and will see available next time I'm heading to town , Go Birds !

Great place to stay near UPenn! Clean and comfy!

Pros: The host was very responsive. The place looks just like the pictures- the rooftop is truly an oasis! The beds were comfy and the place was clean. We had a great stay!

Pros: Huge room with all the facilities you can ask for. Great location, 2 minutes from the city hall, from the main metro line and actually the location is 20-30 minutes walk from all Philadelphia attractions.

Cons: Not related to the hotel, but it is strange that most stores are closed at 6 pm

Pros: Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt, alles vorhanden was man für den Urlaub braucht. Besonders hat uns die Dachterrasse gefallen auf der wir gegessen haben. Vielen Dank !!!
