1 BR Passyunk Ave Stunner- Perfect Location

What a great stay in a great area - I highly recommend this place!

Pros: Both the apartment and the location were absolutely fantastic. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The bed in particular was really comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you would need for a great stay. There was plenty of tea and coffee provided. It was also super handy to have a washer/dryer included in the unit. The location was wonderful, just down from Pat's and Geno's (both literally a 60 second walk away). It was great to have a CVS and an ACME so close too. Those were a 2 minute walk away. Transport was close by for getting to Center City and pretty reliable. The Passyunk neighbourhood was lovely - a relaxed vibe but lots of restaurants and bars nearby. I would recommend this place to anyone and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to Philly.

Cons: Honestly, everything was pretty much perfect - the communication with the hosts, the value for money, the comfort of the apartment and the location - all fabulous.

Pros: The location is fantastic, it's on a fairly quiet residential street with Cartesian Brewery just downstairs if you fancy a drink on the way out...or in! Just up the road are Pat's and Geno's cheesesteak sandwich shops, more bars, restaurants and desert shops than you can shake a stick at. A 40 minute walk north and you hit the city centre with loads of museums and sights to walk off the cheesesteak. The property itself is spacious, clean, homely and well presented. I could go on but the bottom line is you won't be uncomfortable and you won't go hungry or thirsty!

Great stay!

Pros: The location is great! Close to CVS, grocery store, wine/spirits store, literally across the street from the infamous Geno's Steaks and Pat's Steaks restaurants. Cute bar just below the apartment. Apartment was thoughtful in the sense of there was a full body mirror, washer and dryer, luggage holder, closet, TV in living room AND bedroom, A/C, makeup towels, seasonings for food, fully equipped kitchen, cookware, hair dryer. The bed was very comfy and pillows were perfect. There was an unfortunate situation that occurred and the host was kind enough to refund me some money back given that my trip was cut short. Everything was as the pictures.

Cons: Parking sucks (not the hosts fault). Because the place is near some many attractions, parking sucks. During the day it isn't as bad because folks are at work but at night, it can be rough. I didn't appreciate that I had to pay either a waiver (cant remember the amount) or a 500$ deposit for incidentals. The 100$ cleaning fee for a 1bedroom apartment seems excessive, while I'm still asked to take out the trash if I were there on a Wednesday.

Absolutely Beautiful!

Pros: We loved the fact that the flat was shocked with needed essentials. We also loved the location and proximity of everything. Also, the neighborhood was beautiful, and the people were friendly.

I was very happy with the apartment and the responsiveness of the owners. I’m looking forward to returning next month.
