Loved almost everything about it!

Pros: We loved the location! We really wanted to feel like locals and experience the heart of Philly and this spot definitely did the that. Walking distance to so many delicious restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Very close to the Italian Market and walking distance to Rittenhouse. square.

Cons: The bed was pretty hard which made it difficult to get a good night sleep.

Pros: Location was great! It was clean and had everything we needed! Owners were spectacular with communication and all needs

Cons: I actually liked the stairs but caution for those that cannot climb several flights of narrow stairs.

Amazing location! Very clean and comfortable apartment, highly recommend.

Pros: Location is amazing, being so centrally located in South Philly and close to everything on Passyunk is hard to beat. The apartment was squeaky clean and well appointed, our stay was very comfortable.

This is a great place to stay, especially if you’re into the nightlight around a lot of shop easily walkable

Pros: It was big and roomy and clean, and the proprietors were very accommodating with my questions and very patient with me

Cons: I have Parkinson’s disease so being on the third floor was done very easily handled, but it was worth the time

Pros: Mi è piaciuto molto come Gabriel e il suo compagno trattano gli ospiti. Estremamente gentili e cortesi. Pulizia del posto impeccabile. Era come sentirsi a casa. Quartiere tranquillo.

Cons: Pur essendo un quartiere del tutto tranquillo - cosa rara a Philadelphia - era un po’ fuori mano, ma comunque ben servito con un bus che arrivava fino in centro.
