Great visit

Pros: Convenient location, clean and well decorated. Secure building.

Cons: The car parking nearby was expensive at $48 for 24 hours. A lot of homeless people in the area and city generally.

A comfy place in central Philly

Pros: newly constructed, well-equipped, and perfectly maintained property. Nice and clean. Good location next to the Convention Center.

Great little find in central Philly

Pros: Great location, well equipped, clean and comfortable. Near Reading Market.

Cons: Parking off site is expensive but we had budgeted for that anyway.

The apartment is generally cozy and nice.

Pros: The place is clean and organized. It has everything you need. The kitchen has salt, sugar, oil, coffee and coffee whitener, soap and a sponge for the sink, and soap tablets for the dishwasher. The bed is very comfortable. The apartment is generally cozy and nice. The location is central to all the attractions, and transportation is easy and readily available around the area. You don't need a car.

Cons: - It would be nice to have a full-length mirror, even on each floor or at the hotel entrance. - You need to send your check-in information well in advance because the trip was very long, over 15 hours. We were only able to get in after receiving help from a guest who happened to be leaving the building and gave us a hot spot, so we could reach our room.

In general, service can be refined. Sufficient for business travellers.

Beautiful apartment stay

Pros: Fully equipped apartment in a great location. Very clean and comfortable with all amenities

Pros: Nice apartment, well decorated, very comfortable... Staff were quick to help when we'd arrived and I hadnt seen my 'check-in' instructions!

Pros: Well-equipped kitchenette with everything we needed for a week's break. Really nice, spacious apartment in general. Very quiet. Convenient for getting into the city (10 - 15 min walk to city center), and close to local shops. Very enjoyable stay.

Cons: The main kitchen downstairs was out of order, which would have been useful for us.

Clean studio with great facilities

Pros: I traveled for work (conference visit). This accommodation had a good location (e.g. from the convention center). I was a bit worried after reading one bad review (from March 2024), but I had a very positive experience. The neighborhood was very quiet (also at night), and it never felt unsafe. The host was responsive when I had questions about my stay. The accommodation was clean and had good facilities.

Cons: This is not necessarily a bad experience, but only a suggestion for improvement. On the morning (end of the morning) of the day I checked in, I had to do a pre-check-in online before I could receive the access codes to the building. For an international guest, I would have preferred to do this online check-in one day earlier as I was a bit worried I would not have good internet access to do the check-in. Overall, the check-in procedure was professional and worked out well.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und das Hotel war mega.

Pros: Das Zimmer war im obersten Stockwerk mit einem tollen Ausblick. Die Einrichtung war toll, es war gut zu wärmen. Die Betten waren super und alles sehr sauber. Es hat alles gut geklappt mit dem einchecken. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Das Bad war sauber und modern. Selbst der Müllraum im Keller war sehr sauber. Der Ort ist ganz gut gelegen für Citytouren. Alles ein bisschen Chinatown, aber da kann man ja auch gut essen :-)

Cons: Die Umgebung ein bisschen verkomemn, aber das ist wohl normal dort in Phillie
