Modern loft style 2bed 2bath minutes to Times Square

Pros: Great location. Comfortable and warm home. Fantastic helpful host. Friendly neighborhood. A great place to come back to and relax after a busy day in the city.

Pros: We stayed at this apartment for a week and completely fell in love with New York, mostly thanks to our wonderful living conditions. In the evenings, we could relax in a cozy space with plenty of room for everyone. The apartment is stylishly and tastefully decorated, very clean, and everything was fully functional. The beds were extremely comfortable. A special thanks to our host! On the first day, he explained everything in detail, how to get to the bus stop, useful tips, and everything we needed to feel ready to explore the city from day one. The nearby market is very convenient, offering almost everything you need for breakfast. The bus ride to Manhattan is fast, you reach Port Authority Bus Terminal in about 20 minutes, and from there it’s just a few minutes to Times Square. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base for our New York adventure!

A perfect home from home in West New York

Pros: Just perfect! A spacious and beautifully decorated home from home to rest after busy days in NYC. So quick and easy to connect to Midtown Manhattan (by bus in 15 mins, by ferry with gorgeous views of the Manhattan skyline, or around $50 by uber). Luis was a wonderfully kind host and offered a real personal experience.

Cons: Nothing! I was anxious about being in West New York (New Jersey) but this was no issue. So easy to connect to Manhattan and if anything, the perfect escape from the chaos.

Amazing stay

Pros: The host - Luis is a very nice person. He took the time to explain everything there is to know about the property. He really wants his hosts to enjoy their stay. I wish I could have spent more time talking to him as he is a very interesting person. The location - very easy access to New York City by bus or boat. Lots of nice restaurants around. The neighbourhood is safe. Friendly people. Terrific views of Manhattan. The apartment - it is huge, very well equipped and decorated. I really liked the space, the apartment layout and the 2 bathrooms.

Cons: Be ready to go and park your car in the nearby car park as on street parking is near impossible. We didn't have any issue parking the car on the street but want to make sure other guests are fully aware of the parking situation.

Highly recommended

Pros: The apartment was huge, very well equipped and restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. Luis (our host) was very friendly and supportive. We not only learned interesting facts about the apartment and the immediate area but also got many valuable tips for the trip to NYC (25min by bus to Port Authority Terminal, next to Times Square).

Great place, great location.

Pros: Huge, beautiful, clean apartment with a heap of liveable space. Located in a quiet part of West New York where there was easy bus and Uber access to New York city. Luis was an outstanding, helpful host.

Cons: Occasional noise from adjoining properties but nothing too bad.

We‘d like to come back and stay longer.

Pros: Exclusive equipment and furniture. Very large and comfortable. Luis is a bery nice person and will help you if necessary.

Fantastic stay!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. Our hosts Luis and Valerii were very communicative and helpful. The apartment is comfortable and beautifully designed. The 2 bedrooms are very spacious and the 2 bathrooms very clean. Also the kitchen is very complete with every amenity one could want. New York City is easy to get to by bus in 20 minutes, bus stops just down the street, where you also have an amazing view on the skyline of Manhattan. It felt like homecoming after a busy day strolling around in the Big Apple. We will certainly come back again. Thank you again for the nice stay!
