Pros: Location was great, coffee and apples always available.

Cons: Didn't make up and didn't clean my room for 3 consecutive days !!! although I asked the receptionist every morning.

It was pretty great!

Pros: Breakfast was great. The fact that there is a pool and exercise room was unexpected, but welcome. The room was spacious and the beds were very very comfortable.

The pool was everything.

Pros: The staff were nice and mind their business. The wasn’t hovering. We felt safe and welcomed.

Cons: I didn’t like some things about the breakfast. The turkey bacon was too hard, the sausage was barely done like it was just heated up and the waffle station is just way out dated. The line for the single 3 minute waffle maker was all the way down.

Overall, a very comfortable experience

Pros: - Everything was squeaky clean. - The blackout curtains actually worked, they rarely do. - The water pressure was good. - The beds were comfortable. - Plugs everywhere, it was the best part. - The staff was very nice. - The room was roomy.

Cons: - I stayed at the suits thinking I'd have a small couch. Instead there was a sort of large ottoman with no back. They'd probably changed the room if I complained, but I didn't stay that long. So it wouldn't have mattered anyway. - The carpets in the hall smelled the first night I was there. I guess they were newly wet-cleaned or something. The smell went away the other nights. - The bathroom didn't have ventilator. It dried naturally and balanced AC's air drying.
