Pros: Edgar, the host is a very helpful person, providing the guests with all the information on due time to guarantee the best stay as possible. All our doubts/requests were solved in a very short time and Edgar made sure to send us also very useful information as to the area we were staying. A very good apartment and an Excellent host. Pros: the best thing is the owners. they are great, tend to your every need and immediately. the apartment is clean, spacious, and has everything you need for a great stay. they stack it with food before you arrive. the location is excellent for anyone visiting nyc for a few days. stores and restaurants at affordable prices a few steps away. public transportation 2 min walk. will definitely return.
Cons: parking is a serious problem, recommended for people without cars

Pros: The apartment was very close to bus stops which took us directly to Times Square area. Very frequent buses. The beds were really comfortable, it was a peaceful and quiet location, ideal after very busy days in the city. The hosts thought of everything in the apartment gor your needs, even Covid face masks in the hallway cupboard, needle and cotton, all very thoughtful items plus shower body wash supplied , shampoo and hair conditioner too. There are pamphlets and bus timetables in the drawers of coffee table in lounge. Excellent communication with host ( who we didn’t see. Don’t think the apartment is suitable for crawling children due to stairs. But, the apartment was very comfortable and we felt at home. I recommend this lplace as it offers respite from hectic days and takes approximately 20/25 minutes to get to central New York with one bus ride.
Cons: Personally, would have preferred being in the city hut that is just my preference, the apartment has so much going for it, it is on a slight slope of a hill but wasn’t steep.

Pros: Großzügige Wohnung mit hervorragender Lage, ungefähr 200 Meter bis man einen wundervollen Blick auf die New Yorker Skyline hat Mit dem Bus sind es, je nach Verkehr, eine halbe Stunde bis ins Zentrum Manhattans. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Waschsalon ebenfalls nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Tolle und verlässliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter!

Pros: Deze bovenwoning bevindt zicht op een prima locatie voor diegene die niet in de hectiek van het centrum willen zijn. Aan het eind van de straat is een bushalte waar er 3 verschillende buslijnen langskomen welke allemaal naar 42nd st gaan. Als het niet te druk op de weg is ben je met 15 minuten in het centrum en dicht bij het metrostelsel van NY. Als alternatief kan je ook met pond de Madison oversteken a $10,-pp je moet dan wel eerst een half uurtje lopen naar de opstapplaats maar dit is wel mooi om een keer te doen. Appartement zelf was prima, de bedden waren goed en de keuken was ook goed uitgerust met bestek, servies, kruiden, olie ed. Rustige buurt waar ook leuke winkels en eetgelegenheden zijn. De beheerder hebben wij niet gesproken of gezien, alles ging via de booking.com app, maar dat vinden wij geen probleem.
Cons: Wij waren er in juli en het airco systeem maakt redelijk veel lawaai, dus als je een lichte slaper bent kan dit een nadeel zijn. en het toilet kan je niet recht op zitten omdat je anders met je knieën tegen de verwarming aan komt.

Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für eine Familienreise nach NYC
Pros: Sehr gute Lage und genug Platz, um NYC als Familie zu besichtigen. Nichts spektakuläres und alles wie vom Vermieter und in den früheren Gästekommentaren beschrieben. Der Bus fährt tatsächlich nur wenige Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt direkt nach Manhattan, dort zum Port Authority Bus Terminal (PABT), mit direkter Anbindung an das U-Bahnnetz. Die Busverbindung wird von NJTransit (New Jersey) betrieben und operiert unabhängig vom New Yorker Verkehrsverbund. Als Familie mit 5 Personen haben wir täglich am PABT einen rabattierten 10er Satz Tickets für 34$ gekauft, um zur Unterkunft und am nächsten Tag wieder nach nach Manhattan zu fahren. Highlight: Der Bus fährt weite Teile mit freiem Blick auf Manhattan. Bitte auch einen abendlichen Walk vom Apartment vor zur Hauptstraße einplanen, um Manhattan bei Nacht zu sehen.
Cons: Etwas spartanisch, aber wie auf dem Bildern. Die Küche ist dürftig mit Besteck, Tellern, Tassen usw. ausgestattet. Aus der Dusche kommt nur ein dünner Wasserstrahl, dauert also etwas länger.
