Pros: Very close to city centre, polite and friendly owner

Nice and cozy

Pros: The accomodation was amazing, felt like home, we had provided everything we needed, the owner seemed to be careful with our needs. Its in a quiet area, and you have the NJ bus 1 min away to go everywhere you want. For sure we will recomend it and coming back here!

Cons: Just a bit noisy in the ceiling from the neighbours upstairs but for the rest everything was fine

Affordable, small studio close to Manhattan

Pros: An affordable apartement two minutes away from the bus station to Manhattan.Busride to Manhattan appr. 20 min. There are buses every few minutes. Quiet neigbourhood. Basketball court. Clean apartement, big bed Host very helpful

Cons: Aircoditioning was so loud that we couldn't sleep and turned it off. The plastic bed sheet underneeth the sheet. The odor in the foyer in front of the apartement was not inviting

Pros: When I was planning my trip to New York, I was well aware that finding an apartment with a reasonable price and decent location was nearly impossible. I was wrong. The location of the apartment is simply amazing! Just a few hundred meters away, you reach the Hudson River and enjoy an incredible view. Or you can hop on a bus just a hundred meters from the building—and in about 15 minutes, you’re already at Times Square. The apartment is small but cozy and has absolutely everything you need if you're planning to stay for a few days or longer.

Cons: One day we saw a tiny cockroach. It might have come from the neighbors.

Pros: The area is very nice with good restaurant options. There is a small park nearby with a stunning view of the Manhattan skyline. Well connected with the NYC bus terminal at 42nd street. If you have luggage, I recommend you take a 128 bus with a low floor. The bus trip takes around 20 min and costs $4. You can pay by card to the driver. The apartment has everything you need - microwave, cutlery, wifi, hangers etc (but no washing machine). The host responded quickly. I loved the water bottles and snacks they left as welcome gifts.

Cons: The apartment is very close to the building's main door which means that you may hear people entering and leaving the building. The window is very close to another apartment. It may be a bit dark during the day. But I didn't really pay attention to this. Everything was great 👍

Perfetto

Pros: Ottimo per risparmiare sui prezzi folli di Manhattan. In 15/20 minuti in base al traffico si raggiunge il Port Autority Bus, vicinissimo a Times Square e con collegamenti diretti alle varie metro. Il biglietto del bus non é incluso nella metrocard, é gestito dalla compagnia NJ. La fermata del bus é vicinissima. Negli orari di punta i bus potrebbero essere pieni. Ma aspettando i successivi si riesce sempre ad arrivare in città. L’appartamento si trova in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla, con 7eleven e altri grocery store nei dintorni. Ci ha permesso di vedere qualche scorcio di vita quotidiana dei newyorkesi, e qualche casetta tipica, lontano dalla metropoli. Vicinissimo c’é una vista stupenda su Manhattan dall’altra parte del fiume. Pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario

Cons: La vasca non é comodissima, ma ci si adatta. Abbiamo trovato qualche piccolo scarafaggio, ma sono sicuro che sia un problema della zona, da risolvere

Parfait pour un séjour à New York, tout ce qu’il faut à proximité et accueil au top !!

Pros: À 20 min de New York en bus, tous les équipements nécessaires dans l’hôtel, les photos correspondaient parfaitement à la réalité !

Cons: La présence de petits cafards la nuit

Small but convenient to get to Manhattan

Pros: Location was good. Very close to a bus stop with several bus routes to take you directly into Manhattan in about 20 minutes, maybe more if there is traffic. The apartment was small but perfect for 2 people just sleeping and visiting the city. Nice view of the NYC skyline just 1 minute walk from the apartment. Kitchen has the basics if you want to prepare something for yourself.

Cons: The bed was a bit hard but nothing terrible for short-term sleeping. Buses were sometimes full when trying to get to Manhattan but that's out of the host's control, and usually another bus was right behind.

Ottimo

Pros: Appartamento piccolo ma molto bello e confortevole, dotato davvero di ogni cosa. Posizione molto comoda, si raggiunge times square in 15/20min di autobus (fermata a 1min dall’appartamento). La proprietaria è stata molto gentile a fornirci moltissime indicazioni utili prima del nostro arrivo. A 2min a piedi si trova anche un supermercato abbastanza fornito.

Cons: Si potrebbe migliorare la pulizia e aggiungere delle tende oscuranti in camera perché al mattino entra tutta la luce del sole
