Pros: Great stay to explore NYC. Easy access to bus, restaurant and bars nearby. Everything you need is in the apartment.

Cons: It got quite cold in the apartment, so we put the heaters on. They did a semi good job. Also it’s loud and very noisy. Bring earplugs.

Pros: Apartment is nice and clean, close to Hudson River with an amazing view to Manhattan's skyline. But going there from jfk by a taxi is very, very expensive because the apartment is situated in New Jersey and you need to pay toll from Manhattan.

Cons: There were some important issues about getting into the apartment that could have come earlier because we were in touch with the owner already months ago. When the informations, how to get into the apartment finally arrived from Booking.com the same day of our arrival it was too late and we were looking for help (having no internet) for two hours in front of the closed door after 18 hours of journey. ... But the owner was helpful when we finally got in touch.

Pros: L’accueil et la communication facile avec l’hôte (check-in, consignes…) par mail. L’appartement propre et bien agencé. Le quartier très calme et propre. Les commerces et services (laverie agréable) à proximité. L’accès facile pour New York (Time Square en une vingtaine de minutes), bus réguliers. La magnifique Sky Line au bout de la rue. La gentillesse des personnes du quartier.

Cons: Le débit de la douche à revoir.

Pros: Everything about this property makes it a good place to stay. Location is ideal! You have convenience stores all around, restaurants at walkable distances, and only a short walk away for a breathtaking view of the New York skyline!

superbe séjour de 12 jours à New York

Pros: logement très bien situé dans West New York à 15 minutes en bus du centre de Manhattan (gare routière proche de Times Squares : Port Authority Bus Terminal) avec à chaque trajet la vue exceptionnelle sur la High Line de Manhattan. C'est très appréciable. Bus à 300 mètres du logement. Possibilité aussi de traverser en ferry (départ à environ 1,5 km de l'appartement). Petit commerce d'alimentation à proximité. Quartier calme. Logement spacieux et confortable. Nous n'avons pas rencontré l'hôte mais nous n'avons pas eu de souci pour communiquer avec lui par wathsap. Notre hôte est compréhensif et a bien répondu à nos demandes. Les consignes fournies étaient claires pour l'arrivée et le départ.

Cons: juste un petit détail : manque 1 grande casserole ou une marmite pour faire un peu de cuisine (1 seule petite casserole dans le logement)
