Wonderful hotel, maybe put us in a room that hadn’t been checked over thoroughly

Pros: Excellent service from the reception staff. They went out of their way to solve any issues, including getting hold of an adapter within two hours.

Cons: We had some minor issues with our room (television not working, couldn’t switch between shower and bath, only one dressing gown) which they were not able to solve during our short stay, despite their best efforts.

Pros: It's a very good place to be honest, featuring a decor with string character setting it apart. The facilities are not lacking and the customer service is excellent. Different sections feature different styles. Regardless, thw ambience is great.

Cons: I guess the one con would be that it is a bit of a drive to Intercourse but nothing major. The biggest issue would be the lack of a full door leading into the bathroom in one section of the hotel. The rooms there only feature a partial door that does not completely seal off the bathroom from the bedroom. This is quite awkward.

Lovely weekend away with friends. Was great to stay in such a lovely establishment.

Pros: The feel as soon as you walk in, the warm welcome and the friendly staff. The rooms were so cute and loved the flying pigs randomly around the place.

Cons: Nothing.

Unexpectedly stunning room and we will be back!

Pros: I enjoyed the atmosphere and variety of shops, spa, restaurant. The rooms were beautiful. My husband made a comment that the inside reminded him of a castle.

Cons: The only minor complaint is that there were no USB ports available in the room.

Anniversary Getaway

Pros: The experience was wonderful from the time I got out my car and was greeted with the doorman to the spa services.The room was beautiful! Clean , comfortable and better than I thought it would be. I also loved the coffee shop! Its adorable and the decore through out the hallways was beautiful!

Cons: Parking can be tricky when there is a wedding or conference going on. Should have parking section for people staying in hotel seperate from people coming to dinner at the resturant, using the spa, or for a conference or wedding

Pros: Did not eat at the hotel. The location was pretty good.

Cons: The hotel is beautiful and everyone is very friendly. The only thing I can say that I wasn't crazy about is the toilets are so low. We are older people and it's rather hard to get up and down with bad knees. Otherwise, we loved it and will return.
