Location was convenient and spacious; I wish the mattresses were more comfortable.

Pros: We had a very good stay here. Our group consisted of me, my husband, 3-year-old son, and a friend who was staying with us. We had plenty of space, our own bedrooms, and were generally very happy with the location and amenities. We mostly just used the house for sleep, since we spent our stay in Wilmington out and about.

Cons: The mattresses could use some improvement. The mattress in my and my husband's room was extremely firm. I like a firm mattress, but this one is way beyond other firm mattresses I've slept on, it was kind of like sleeping on the floor. My son is 3, so he doesn't have strong opinions on mattresses, but the mattress in his room was also fairly uncomfortable. It was a boxspring mattress with very little padding. Parking was a little confusing. There is street parking, but only for 2 hours at a time during the day Mon-Sat. This didn't end up being a problem for us; we were there over a weekend and didn't end up leaving our car at the house (we drove it to our destinations), so it didn't get left on the street during parking enforcement hours. If we had been leaving it at the house or were there on weekdays, I would have followed up with the host about a possible permit, since the listing did indicate free parking. I didn't need to do this, but if any other guests need parking during the day Mon-Sat, they might want to confirm that they'll be able to leave their car without being ticketed.

Pros: Very nicely decorated. Comfortable house. Quite neighborhood

Cons: Area was kinda rough but once you got to the house it was fine. The green silky sheets were not very friendly they kept sliding off the bed.

Me and my friends had a nice time staying in Wilmington, The neighbors were extremely nice & helpful

Pros: Check in was at 4:00 pm but that was fine because I came into town later.

Cons: House was clean & nice. Neighbors were super nice and helpful and we weren’t bothered by the owners which I really like because I’m a private person. I would definitely recommend this location to my family and friends
