Good if you don’t want to use two beds.

Pros: Location in a quiet residential neighborhood and a parking lot in the rear (very important). Kitchen supplied with all utensils. Coffee was provided. Building felt very secure. Good for a single or couple sleeping only in the bedroom.

Cons: Although the reservation was for 2, there were only linens and towels for one when we arrived. We were given additional sheets when we asked. There is little air circulation in the living room where the not comfortable sofa bed is located so the noisy window air conditioner needed to be used all night.
