Nice, comfortable and good location.

Pros: That was a wonderful staying. We wanted to stay in New York to spend the holidays, but it was impossible since we could not afford it. So, we searched on Booking a stay in which we could easily take a train to get to New York and we found this one in Newark, New Jesery. It is a very friendly accomodation in a nice neighborhood, eventhough there were a lot of fentanil guys on the streets nearby, but it definetly wasn't a problem. The city is nice, there's a museum that unffortunatly we didn't go, and the commute to New York takes 1 hour and something, which is totally fine, you just need to take a bus right in the corner, and then a train in Newark Penn Station.

Cons: I ran out of battery and I couldn't get the message the owner sent me. The had changed the entrance door password and we didn't know that, so we spent 40 minutes trying to get in the house. So, guests, pay attention to your cellphone battery!!

Pros: It is like home away from home. It is easy to get around to the city of New york & connect to other parts of the country as well. The host is such a wonderful person, they make th e apartment very comfortable. I will always choose the apartment anytime I visit the USA.

Cons: I have nothing to complain about the apartment because it serves the value for the money..

Pros: The room was nice, kictchen was equipped and clean, bathroom was also very clean (the toiltet paper was missing when I arrived, (the owner did refill it quickly when I informed her, but still should have been atleast an extra roll). over all the place was comfortable to sleep. I arrived between 23:30-23:50 and could not find the right entrance but owner was Kind enough to communicate and guide me at that time, thats something I really liked and appreciate.

Cons: in the booking.com facilities section, towels and hair dryer are mentioned but there was no towel as I needed one after shower. Also I coukld have paid extra for the towel, but there was no sign of being provided with a towel or dryer. Thats something I missed. Also, the instructions regarding the entrance code were clear, but there were 2 entances. first the main entrance facing the gate was not for the booking.com guests, which I suppose no one would have guests unless told. The right entrance was on the left and a bit behind the building, and it was really challenging to find the key box unless I was informed on contacting that which side or floor to go for the entrance. if that could be mentioned in advance, it would be helpful for new guests:)

Pros: Property was clean including the shared facilities, host was very nice. Good air conditioning too and the property felt very safe. Great value for money!

Cons: Only issue was the bed being slightly uncomfortable with a hard mattress but you get what you pay for so hard to complain

Great affordable Spot for Business/ Leisure On the Go

Pros: I love how huge the property is. The rooms were very comfortable 😌 The beds were decent. It was so comfortable i had to make this Airbnb my go-to. My girlfriend loves that it was clean, quiet and the host is very helpful and responsive. The property is secure with multiple gates. For a shared common areas its spotless. You barely see the other guess and if you do, they're polite and mind their business.

Cons: The location is not too bad, To people who are used to other cities in Jersey, you may find it hood. It's better here than irvington if you're familiar with Jersey.

Pros: Host keeps it very clean. Everything is in good condition. Very responsive to requests.

Pros: We stayed in the King size suit and was more spacious than expected. TV and Internet was included also. The location was a bit random outside as it gets dark out but it was as cozy as we hoped it'd be when it came to comfortability inside the home. The owner had given us the wrong keys at first but had quickly corrected the error and it was a nice clean place. The shared areas especially.

It was comfortable, clean and safe, the best value you will find for the price.

Pros: It was comfortable and quiet. The room was large and cozy, the bathroom was nice and clean. The owner was quick to respond and very helpful.
