The breakfast service and the service were great

Pros: Extravagant at first glance, but the hotel has already seen its best years.

Cons: The bathrooms could gradually be renovated

Stay here, you won't be disappointed

Pros: It's in a safe location, with ample free parking, and is a 25 minute drive from the Stanton Island Ferry. The hotel is immaculately clean overall and the room was very modern with a good TV and shower. The beds were comfortable, breakfast was absolutely superb with a great selection of food and a chef who cooked delicious omelettes and any type of egg you wanted, it really set us up for the day.

Cons: If I'm being really picky, a water bottle filling station, they only had a fountain which was tricky to fill water bottles up with.

Great stay, safe location

Pros: The location is in a safe area. There is a bus stop near the hotel that can take you to the ferry. The hotel is clean

Cons: Please note that you need a physical card for payment of both the accommodation cost and the deposit. I didn’t like this about this hotel. But every other thing was fine

If I have to visit New York again I would definitely recommend this hotel

Pros: The staff was very knowledgeable about location of attractions and the best places to eat

Cons: That the phone in the room did not work… I had to walk by the elevator to use the phone

Pros: Room was very big with two queen size beds, room has iron in the closet which is really comfortable after travel to have straight clothes again. Location is pretty far away from anything, but its safe area
