The Global Nook - Private Room with Shared Bathroom near Times Square

Pros: It was very clean, having a kitchen was great and the staff was very nice! The location is a 8min walk from times square and 3min to the next subway stop. Having a shared bathroom was no problem at all! Would definitely stay here again!

Cons: The room was very small, not a problem, but it‘s good to know beforehand. A large suitcase could probably not be opened because there’s not enough space. A common area with a table and chairs or a couch would have been nice for eating etc.

I just want to thank everyone for their help support and love, staying here was so much better than I expected

Great location, comfortable stay

Pros: Location is perfect. The house is quiet and very warm. Toilet and shower room are very clean. Bed and table in room is clean. My room did not have window but they provided standing fan and heater and I am very satisfied, I dont feel stuffy. Space inside room is also generous. The room is kept warm and toasty, I was there during the New York snow storm and had no issue with heating. I really enjoyed my stay.

Cons: The wifi signal is very irregular on my laptop, sometimes the signal and connection became unstable. But works well on my phone so can unlock and lock my door smoothly. Also, the cleanliness of the common space is highly dependent on other people who lives in that house as well. I think the house itself is kept clean and well supplied with toilet and kitchen amenities. There were few inconsiderate people who stayed in different room (thankfully it was a short stay) and they made a mess in the kitchen, left wet shoes on the hallway and brought all the cups into their bedroom there were none left for others to use so thats annoying. After they left, the house was back to its clean and proper state, and all the cups were back on the shelf for others to use. But even with that one annoying experience, I still very much enjoy my stay.

Pros: The place was spotless and freshly renovated, and the to-go coffee cups were a fantastic touch—I’ve never seen that before! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for daily living. The host is very responsive and genuinely kind to guests. At this price and in this location, it offers everything you could hope for :)

Cons: The shared bathroom is always a bit of a downside, but we knew what to expect in that regard. Having to rely on an online connection and a phone app to unlock the doors was also a bit inconvenient - a set of keys or keycards would be much better.

Ottimo

Pros: Posizione ottima, la metro era dietro casa e Times square a 5 minuti. Grande vantaggio la macchinetta del caffè. Appartamento appena ristrutturato e ben fornito. Consiglio con calore.

Overall great time.

Pros: The location is perfect for a weekend in nyc with broadway, time square, and the intrepid museum a short walk away. The host was attentive and super accommodating and helpful. Very smooth check in and out process, everything by mobile device.

Cons: The temperature in the room was hard to manage. We found it to be either way too hot or way too cold. The price per night was a little too much as well.

Pros: La ubicación del lugar es genial, está muy bien ubicado en la zona turística para poder moverse y accesible al transporte. El departamento es muy lindo, limpio y cómodo. Tiene todo lo necesario.

Cons: Estaría bueno que tenga baño privado y no sea compartido. Pero a pesar de eso es muy limpio el baño e higiénico.

Excelente ubicacion

Pros: Excelente ubicacion, las habitaciones tienen la dotacion justa para una estancia en la ciudad.

Cons: A pesar de que se sabe que el baño es compartido, es un detalle que pesaseria bueno, por lo menos una ducha mas.
