Nice comfortable hotel with friendly staff

Pros: Very comfortable and clean hotel with lovely staff. Good breakfast, nice little gym and pool

Cons: Everything was very brown! A very minor point though

Pros: Big, practical and clean room. Friendly staff trying to help accommodate a change of room to move further away from loud aircon unit for the building just outside the room.

Cons: The poor quality of the breakfast.

Welcome to the United States

Pros: Very spacious comfort place. Helpful staff. The hotel itself is well-maintained, there is a pond on the backyard. Breakfast is definitely above average as you have something cooked for you and not only prefabricated stuff

Cons: A bit higher price. Without a car you will miss pedestrian tracks to reach the city centre though you have great mowed grass everywhere so you shouldn’t worry

BROOKE AT THE FRONT DESK WAS VERY NICE WHEN WE CHECKED IN.

Pros: I WAS IN THE AREA FOR A MEDICAL PROCEDURE AND WAS ONLY ABLE TO HAVE SOFT FOODS. SCRAMBLED EGGS AND YOGURT OFFERING WAS VERY GOOD. VERY NICE TO HAVE A SUITE ARRANGEMENT WITH A KITCHENETTE. THE KITCHEN SINK FAUCET IN 222 NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. WATER SQUIRTS OUT OF THE SIDE ON TO THE WALL.

Pros: High quality, friendly & helpful staff, great location, wonderful amenities, ease of access for everything & Breakfast was HOT and INCREDIBLE with so many choices!!

Cons: The temperature and type of pool they used. It was ½chlorine ½salt water. It was an indoor pool in a heated room however the pool was Too cool, which made it uncomfortable. It really just needed sunlight or something. But we had it to ourselves and had a lot of fun while we swam!

Pros: Breakfast was awesome and it was different each day! It was something to eat for different dietary restrictions. Staff very friendly. House keeping was also very warm and helpful when needed!

Cons: The pool was a little cold for my kids!
