Lovely Room at 3 bedroom Apt at the heart of East Village

Pros: The stay here in East Village was wonderful, the host speaks very good English and is very friendly and nice! The amenities in the apartment are so good that you feel right at home and can sit back and relax after a full day in NYC. The location is very convenient as the apartment is practically right on the L line which takes you to Brooklyn or Union Square. From there you can also easily get anywhere in Manhattan. The neighborhood is fantastic, there are many inviting restaurants, stores, movie theaters and a lot more. I'll be back next time!

Cons: Pillows could be just a little bit softer, but the bes overall is perfectly comfortable :)

Room with shared bathroom(s) in an apartment strategically positioned in the East Village

Pros: In the basement of a brand new and clean apartment at the center of Manhattan, quiet enough all day and night, very comfortable bed, great facilities, the staff went out of their way to satisfy me, easy and prompt communication.

Cons: A few negligible details, like a lamp on the desk instead of a candle would have been nice.

Great value for money and friendly host

Pros: Excellent value for money, super friendly host, good location close to many stores and restaurants. Everything was clean and freshly decorated.

Cons: Nothing much. The room is in the basement of the apartment which was fine for me.

Very good value for the money in Manhattan. Recommend for short stays in NY.

Pros: Very good location, close to subway station, very clean :)

Cons: There is no window in the bedroom, no daylight but we just slept there, and we had some more space in the nice kitchen upstairs.

Charming room in a cozy and welcoming apartment

Pros: Overall, I am delighted with the accommodation. The owner is very easygoing, communicative, and available. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and straightforward. The building is very secure. I had my peace in the apartment, and everything you might need during your stay was available.

Cons: The room is on the lower floor and lacks sufficient daylight. The stairs leading to it are narrow and tight, making it challenging to navigate with a larger suitcase.

Perfekte Lage, stylisches Ambiente und gute Verkehrsanbindung

Pros: Super Lage und perfekte Anbindung an Subway und Busnetz. Wohnung hat ein stylisches Ambiente und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Supermarkt in der Nähe.

Cons: Man hätte im Angebot darauf hinweisen müssen, dass man kein eigenes Badezimmer hat sondern dass man sich dieses zu dritt teilen muss. So waren wir bei der Ankunft zunächst enttäuscht. Wir hatten in Reykjavik auch schon mal ein Zimmer mit \

Pros: 비싼 뉴욕 물가치고는 개인침실을 쓸수있다는 것은 상당히 매력적, 주인분이 매우 친절, 빨래 가능, 위치가 지하철에서 매우 가깝고, 주변에 없는것이 없음

Cons: 밤 12시, 새벽 1시에 숙소에 자주 들어갔는데, 숙소 주변이 완전 안전한건 아닌거 같음.

Pros: I loved how quiet and clean the apartment was ! The host made the instruction sheet super simple and easy to understand.

Cons: The only critique is that check in was super late from 5pm-6pm. Other than that everything was super amazing.
