AF Stays - Philadelphia 1210 Mt Vernon St

Pros: Lovely place to stay in the centre of Philadelphia, rooms are very spacious and clean. Only a short walk to the center of town and plenty of Citi bikes around to rent. Free parking was also easy to get in the surrounding streets. Laundry room was very convenient for someone on a longer trip.

Clean and comfortable accommodation

Pros: Nice big room with good showering facilities. Easy contact free check in. The room was very clean

Cons: Accommodation was a little loud with us able to hear the guests above walking around.

Pros: The room was big, bed was comfortable and the neighborhood seemed okay. It was very close to the venue I needed to get to each day and there were grocery stores and shops nearby.

Cons: The place was advertised as a single apartment, but it's actually a room in a house with a private bathroom, so you do share the place with others. THIS IS NOT A PRIVATE APARTMENT. The floors and walls are paper thin, so if people are walking around or checking out, you will be woken up. The bedside lamp and the fan they provided both did not work. I also felt the price was extremely high for what you get. It wasn't bad, and I'd stay here again (probably)

Cute cozy room in a great central location.

Pros: It is a very nice neighborhood, in a convenient location. There is plenty to do within walking distance with several nice bars and restaurants. The room was comfortable for an overnight stay.

Pros: I don’t like hotels’ noisy A/C, so this property’s silence was heavenly. Slept really well.

Good central location.

Pros: The location was great for what we needed. We were in town for a Dr appt at Penn Medicine and it was nice to find something so close to the office as well as so many of the sights. We didn't do any sight seeing as we have been to Philly many times, but it would be super convenient if you were staying for those reasons as well.

Cons: The property has the potential to be a super cute place, but like many Airbnb properties, I found it to be almost sterile. There is minimal decoration and it has less warmth or charm than a hotel. It's nice enough. It was clean. When we had an issue getting into our room, the owner was nice enough when they finally got back to us. It's a business, I get it. Minimalist decor is cheaper and easier to maintain. But there are a ton of properties to choose from in this price range and in my opinion, you want a place to feel warm and comfortable and not like you threw some furniture into an empty rental and listed it. The bathroom fixtures in our room also needed some attention. They had a good deal of rust on them. All in all, it was fine for an overnight trip to visit the Dr. If I was coming for longer or with the whole family, I might search out something else.

Chambre spacieuse.

Pros: Loger dans une maison traditionnelle, la chambre très grande avec deux placards et une belle salle de bain. Cuisine à partager mais très fonctionnelle.

Cons: L’ameublement de la chambre un peu sommaire. La climatisation trop forte qu on ne peut régler, Les parquets qui grincent,nos voisins du dessus nous ont réveillé à 3h du matin car ils partaient,on entendait tous les pas,.un conseil:demander une chambre au 3 ème étage si vous voulez dormir tranquille. Pas de volets et fenêtres ne s’ouvrent pas. Le ménage dans la chambre n’est pas fait durant tout le séjour ,poubelles pas vidées.

Pros: We stayed 2 nights in 2 different rooms, they were both spacious with bathrooms inside, the house looked nice, the kitchen could be used. Entering the house and rooms was easy with the codes. The neighborhood was quite and pretty centric.

Cons: There's no one in the house if you need assistance. We needed to store our luggage somewhere before changing rooms and it was hard to get a reply. The rooms and bathrooms are not deep cleaned between stays.

Pros: Everything you need was right there very comfortable very clean and right in the heart of the city

Cons: Got lost a lot

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut, kann man nur empfehlen.

Pros: Die Lage ist gut, innerhalb von 5-6min zu Fuß ist man an der Metro Spring Garden. Kleinere Food Market bieten Waren für den täglichen Gebrauch. In der Unterkunft selber kann man die Küche im Erdgeschoß nutzen.

Cons: Nachrichten kommen über die Booking-App, nicht über Mail. Wenn man das weiß, ist alles gut.
