Uptown Gem! Immaculate-Comfort-Character!

Pros: Absolutely beautiful, THE HOST, WONDERFUL. DEFINITELY WOULD BE BACK.

A relaxing place to stay if you need to be uptown.

Pros: Spacious. Good size rooms, ample bathrooms. Good storage.

Cons: A bit too clinical. High cleaning charge if staying only one night.

Pros: The property was clean, comfortable with plenty of space. The location worked for us as we were driving and visiting a couple of places on the outskirts of the city. It is not in a location that has bars, restaurants or attractions within walking distance.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Uptown Gem!

Pros: The house was very nice! It looks like it was recently renovated and was done very nicely. Beautiful kitchen which was fully and nicely equipped, spacious rooms, dining and living areas. There were 8 adults in the house and we felt very comfortable with plenty of room. It was a bit far for where we spent most of our time, but that was more our fault for not really researching the area. We had two cars so we were able to get ourselves to all the places we wanted to see and needed to be. And the host was very kind and very responsive to any questions we had.

Cons: We were very happy with the house and the value we received.

Pros: The property was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. The property was equipped with all the amenities my family needed for an enjoyable weekend in Philadelphia for my daughter's Family Weekend at Temple University. The host was a pleasure to work with and was very amenable and flexible on some last minute changes we had to make. I highly recommend this property, and will likely stay here again.

Pros: Tout était parfait : chambres, douches très propres. Maison décorée avec très bon goût et très fonctionnelle pour une famille de 7. Petites douceurs à notre arrivée : petites poches de chips, mini bouchées emballées de snickers et bouteilles d’eau fraîche au frigo. Merci infiniment pour votre gentille attention et ravie de cet accueil digne d’un grand hôtel.

Fabulous host, beautiful home and well maintained

Pros: The house is beautiful & well maintained. The host is AMAZING!! I think I have very high standards when it comes to service, and the host well exceeds them. This a 5-star hotel property at a minimum. You can tell they care about their guests and the house.

Cons: The location is great, but the area can seem a little sketchy. This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here, and it is safe enough with plenty of stuff nearby.

Overall we had a wonderful stay at this property and would definitely stay there again.

Pros: The layout of the house was open and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. Easy access to parking. The property was clean and had plenty of beds and bathrooms.

Cons: The lamp in the master bedroom didn’t work. The futons were a little uncomfortable due to the bar in the middle.
