Worth your time and money.

Pros: For starters, the price was amazing. There are tons of bang for anyones buck. There is tons of space. I love the multi level aspect and I love that this property is a stand alone with no adjoining walls or neighboring noise. Location, despite being on a tight one way city street, is low key perfect. The design and decorating was well thought out and beautifully put together. Tons of amenities. Came during a snow storm so didn't get to enjoy the roof top fire pit area, which is beautiful and comes with a view of the city. There are a lower and middle deck and patio, that come with a grill area and seating. Overall awesome spot...I almost moved in.

Cons: Only a couple things, and it's noted in property description. First, be mindful of parking. This one requires street parking and violations are heavily enforced. Try to get there earlier in the morning or day to make sure you grab yourself a spot. Any thing else is minut. Overall, a perfect place for being in the city.

Pros: This is a beautiful place that looks like the photos shown. Easy to get into and excellent communication with the owner. We had 4 people and were very comfortable in this place.

Cons: This is a four story building so if stairs are a problem, this place is not for you.
