Home from home with fantastic service, especially Tommy thanks!!

Pros: It’s located in a lovely, quieter part of Manhattan, which is such a relief compared to some of the noisier areas, yet you’re still close to everything. I previously stayed just a few minutes away in Lower Manhattan, which was great, but once I found the Seaport Hotel, it just clicked. There are fantastic restaurants nearby, a great atmosphere throughout the hotel, and such a relaxed, welcoming vibe. The staff truly go above and beyond — every interaction feels warm and genuine. Tommy in particular is an absolute asset to the hotel, and all of the reception staff are amazing. I visit New York quite often, and it feels so good to finally have “my place.” Thank you to the whole team — you’ve created something really special.

Friendly, relaxing and quiet. A bit out of city centre so it was nice to return to somewhere quiet for an amazing nights

Pros: I need to start with the beds - the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept on. Very clean. Molten brown toiletries 😍 and the staff were all lovely - my Scottish accent maybe hard to understand at times though lol

Wonderful

Pros: The location was fantastic and rooms a great size. Staff were wonderful, especially on arrival where we were being overcharged by an unlicensed cab from airport! This was the perfect hotel for us. Loved the tin building.

I enjoyed it, would stay here again!

Pros: I loved the location and the surrounding neighborhood, with it being close to the pier and turning lively at night. I also liked that every staff we encountered were so friendly and inviting. Only caveat is that the nearest subway station is about a 7-10mins walk away.

Cons: Gym could have looked a little livelier!
