Charming 120-year-old farmhouse by the creek.

Beautiful house, but the cleaning is horrible

Pros: We really liked the house, very rustic and comfortable. The space outside with the little river is really nice.

Cons: The house was very dirty, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned after the last guest left, the floor was very dirty, the stove was dirty, the microwave was very dirty, the bathroom had hair in the toilet and on the bathtub wall, the bed hadn't been changed because it had someone else's hair on it, and behind the sofa in the main bedroom there was a pair of socks that had been there for at least two weeks because they were full of dust.

Pros: Love the location love the view and it was close to the stores would definitely come back again

Great house to relax in for a few days.

Pros: The house next to the river, the fire pit, the fully furnished kitchen, the beds, and the clean bathrooms.

Cons: There aren’t many things to do at this time of year. Would be excellent in the Summer or Fall. Nevertheless, we did venture out doing so hiking and visited a zoo in Binghamton.

Charming & inviting with a classic Upstate NY cabin feel

Pros: Beautiful and serene location, set on the perfect Upstate mountain road with a creek running alongside it. House and property was so inviting and cozy, the remodel really brings a lot of country charm to the house. The backyard setup outside with the lights and chairs around the fire pit by the creek was a big bonus. The place was well equipped for a long stay— wish we could have stayed longer than one night!

Cons: Though it was made, one of the beds did not look fully cleaned since last guest— noticed some debris/hairs in the sheets. They did provide extra clean bedding in a storage closet.

Really nice gem of a place with history.

Pros: Totally renovated but still retains the character of the old farmhouse. Very nicely done. Complete with porches and a babbling brook out back.

Cons: A bed in the living room?

Pros: Backs to beautiful Stream. Comfortable beds. Interior is very nice. We needed to reschedule and did not get charged a fee!

Cons: Limited parking. House is close to road on a sharp bend.

Pros: Oatmeal and cereals were available, as well as coffee/tea/hot chocolate and popcorn. The house was charming and it was nice to visit the brook in the morning.

Pros: Very clean, beautiful surrounding, the creek adjacent to the property is very serene and rustic
