Good location and a good host. Would recommend

Pros: All facilities were in working condition easy to locate and easy access to local amenities. Good host who was available at all time when needed and provided all bbq equipment upon request. Good transportation service to downtown Manhattan.

Cons: Nothing not to like about the property.

It was really pleasant.

Pros: The neighbourhood was very quiet and safe. The bus stops are very close to get into the city. There were small grocery stores nearby which made our life easier.

Pros: The property was spacious and had plenty of places to sleep! The outdoor area was very nice! The host was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with

Cons: The upstairs tub was not draining properly and would sometimes have yellow water making us a little nervous to use it

Pros: בית פרטי, עם 2 מקומות חניה צמודים, נמצא במרחק של 4 דקות הליכה מתחנת אוטובוס ישירה לניו יורק, ו-7 דקות הליכה למכולת. מטבח פרקטי, אינטרנט מהיר מאד, מאות ערוצי צפיה בחינם, קליטה מהירה בצ'ק אין ותקשורת מיידית בוואצאפ עם נציג הבעלים, שמטפל בכל דבר במהירות. הם הסכימו לשמור על המזוודות שלנו לאחר הצ'ק אאוט, והנציג אף חזר במיוחד מניו יורק למסור לנו את המזוודות. מבחינת התנהלות מול הבעלים - זו היתה חוויה מרעננת וטובה.

Cons: אני מקווה שזה לא יישמע קטנוני, אבל המיטות מעט חורקות, הרצפה לא היתה נקיה כשהגענו לשם (דביקה), אין ארוניות באף חדר לפזר בהן את הבגדים (יש ארונות עם מתלה), כך שאנחנו נאלצנו להתנהל עם מזוודות פתוחות על הרצפה לאורך כל השהייה. כמו כן, למרות שהיה רשום שכל הבית לרשותנו - גילינו כי למעשה הקומה הראשונה חסומה לחלוטין, ונאלצנו להעלות לקומות הגבוהות (עם מדרגות בשיפוע חד) מזוודות כבדות.
