First time in New York and loved it

Pros: Location is great rooms are nice and clean and tidy towels changed on a daily basis

Cons: Reception area is a bit outdated and messy not tidy looking

Terrific hotel in a wonderful location.

Pros: Great midtown location walking distance to Central Park, Broadway theatres, MoMA and plenty more. Room is fairly small, but functional and clean.

A wonderful and comfortable winter stay in New York City

Pros: Location was perfect. A very comfortable room with perfect heating. Good entertainment options/channels on tv.

Cons: The property did not provide a shower cap/lotion.

Great location, near to the theaters

Pros: Great location, very comfortable room even though it is not very spacious. Great view if you book a high floor room. Ricardo was very kind.

Cons: I asked at the front desk for a late check out paying for an extra charge and was roughly informed that it was not available. I went to room and decide to book for another day using booking.com, however, before doing it, I decided to call the hotel in order to guarantee that I could keep the same room and Ricardo kindly booked me the late check out without any problem.

Brilliant

Pros: Great room and great location i got - it had a great view of New York City and the grand buildings and everything. Was brilliant to look outside in the mornings. I highly recommend this place.

Pros: Staff were really kind and accommodating, my room was clean and quiet. The view from the 28th floor was spectacular. I didn’t eat breakfast there so I don’t know what to say about it other than the restaurant looked fancy. There were so many fast food restaurants near by that it was always so easy to go and pick up something to eat, even in the middle of the night. A metro station is also near and the route to and from the airport is super easy.

Cons: The shower had a knob that somehow didn’t allow warm or hot water unless you turn it to full (and I mean FULL) blast! It made showering quite difficult to say the least.
