Pros: It's within walking distance of the main strip with lots of restaurants and museums. It's a very quiet and safe neighborhood with close street parking. A very attentive host we hardly saw, our room was private with a street side view.

Cons: We are an older couple. The stairs were difficult.

Pros: The property is in a great location. The owner is very kind, and did their best to make it feel like it was my home. I am very appreciative of that, and would stay there again.

We had a great stay.

Pros: The hostess was very nice, friendly, personable and accommodating. We did not realize it was a shared living space at first (did not read the description too closely), but it turned out great and the hostess, Karen, made us feel very comfortable and welcome.
