Excellent location

Pros: Loved the hotel, location, breakfast and their service staff. The fact that it has an undercover carpark was very convenient during those 4 very cold and rainy days of our stay.

Cons: Excellent property and location but some of the staff were rude and unfriendly whilst just four of them were outstanding - extremely helpful, friendly and very professional...which made up for the lack of personality of the others. Shame...because they are not good for business.

Pros: We missed breakfast BUT the coffee in the room was actually really good! Everything was in excellent condition; staff was absolutely wonderful! I will definitely be back soon to spend some more time and explore the hotel and area!

Pros: Comfortable beds and pillows, pool and spa were very nice. Clean room and bathroom and the restaurant was very good.

Cons: Had to pay $5 for a cup of coffee in morning. They don’t have coffee out for their guests.

I will stay was wonderful and we will be back again

Pros: The rooms were clean and fully stocked with clean Towels. Room was clean window cells were clean curtains, clean, refrigerator, clean the pool was amazing and the breakfast was outstanding!!!

Cons: Check-in was a bit complicated. Our key didn’t work on three occasions.. however we were greatly compensated

Awesome hotel in a great location!

Pros: Great location across from Short Hills mall and near many quality restaurants. Facilities were in top notch shape and elegant. Staff was professional and always present to help when needed.

Pros: The staff and security were amazing and exceptional. The little green grass area across the street was great for my grandchildren to play.

Cons: The sidewalk edges are not handicapp accessible.

Great room and hotel. But eat elsewhere.

Pros: Great room, very nice staff, valet parking, super clean. Good location. Nice pool. Good outdoor space.

Cons: The food in the restaurant was not good. The fish tacos were really fishy and of poor quality. Everything was overly salted. They need a new chef. Very Over priced food and drinks.

Spacious Room, Nice Atmosphere

Pros: Our room was quite spacious. We wanted to play games with relatives we were meeting up with in the area, and we were able to sit comfortably in the room, playing, eating, and drinking. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a nice array of options, and we liked the festive holiday decor in the lobby.

Cons: We paid for parking (something we didn't realize ahead of time), and others who visited the hotel did not. The parking garage policy seems inconsistent. Also, it was difficult in the rainy weather to figure out how to reach the hotel from the main road. The Short Hills Mall across the street was very busy, which complicated the traffic situation. This is not a fault of the hotel, but potential guests should be aware that the approach to the hotel is not straightforward. Be alert!
