better than expected

Pros: pretty roomy, sufficient brightness, tv screen definitely a plus. washroom is extremely clean. satisfied in general

Cons: gotta take turn to use the washroom, might be a bit crowded if other rooms are all occupied. also can hear noise from other rooms.

Nice room with a good price-value relation

Pros: The room was very clean and full of light, and the common areas were nice too. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the company was always ready to help.

Cons: The staircase to get to the second floor is a bit narrow and steep. For us, it was fine, but it could be challenging for people with reduced mobility. It's a bit far from touristy areas.

Does the job - clean and comfortable.

Pros: The room was perfect for solo traveller - close to the city. I just got an Uber to grove street for less than $8. Managed to park my rental out front too without any issues.

Cons: Noisy street at night, road traffic, but that's beyond it's control.

Pros: The apartment was very clean, cozy, and well-decorated. The bed was comfortable and the location was convenient with easy access to transportation and shops.

Cons: The only downside was the noise from the street, which could be disturbing, especially at night

It's no stay more delightful then a stay at BP, Stays

Pros: Honestly speaking I loved the whole experience. The house was beautiful from the room to the bathroom to the kitchen to the sitting area. Even the clean up staff that came during the day was very polite and helpful.

Wir können die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen

Pros: Die Unterkunft war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Nähe der Unterkunft gab es direkt eine Busverbindung rüber nach Manhatten - es ging alles schneller als gedacht. Wir hatten anfangs Probleme beim einchecken mit dem Türschloss aber die Gastgeber waren sofort zur Stelle und haben innerhalb ein paar Minuten uns geholfen und auch immer bei Fragen zu erreichen.

Cons: Wir hatten den Raum mit einem eigenen Bad. Der Raum ist für 4 Personen ausgestattet - wir waren zu dritt und es war relativ eng. Auch das Bad ist sehr klein aber da wir nur zum schlafen und duschen in der Unterkunft waren hat es vollkommen ausgereicht.

Pros: Blisko do przystanku , łazienka i kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona , suszarka i żelazko dostępne , zgłoszone usterki zostały natychmiast naprawione , kontakt z obiektem całą dobę .

Cons: Pierwotnie zarezerwowany pokój był okej , ale skusiłam się podwyższeniem standardu i….dostalam dziuple gdzie 2 osoby ledwo się mieściły , serio …. Ściany jak w tektury , drzwi głośno się domykają , niestety sąsiedzi z pokoju obok regularnie nas budzili w środku nocy 🙁

Esta bien con relacion al costo. Pero de pronto no compensa por la distancia, parte de lo que te ahorras tendras que usa

Pros: Era limpio y el personal estuvo muy pendiente las 24h

Cons: Era lejos de manhettam, el cuarto era diminuto. No habia espacio para moverse. Abrir las maletas era muy incomodo.

Pros: Un apartamento super comodo, limpio. Con muy buena ubicacion

Cons: Si viajar pocos dias para conocer new york city, tene en cuenta que tendrás 1hs de viaje de ida y 1 de vuelta todos los dias

Good stay

Pros: Very clean and Excellent communication from BP stays. They were quick to follow up with questions I had or anything else I needed.

Cons: There were a LOT of steps to get to our room. Due to a confusion about the room I booked we did not have a private bathroom but it ended up ok
