20 min NYC-Modern Private Room-Queen Bed-Parking Available But Confirm with Hosts

Pros: An older house with 4 rooms (one is rented long term) and 2 bathrooms and a shared kitchen (with too less plates, cups, cooking gear) also in a residential area about 25 minute walk from PATH station Journal Square. Rooms are decorated modern and cozy. A little noisy, so pray for quite tenants as we had. Shower nice with amnesties, though the foot mattress was dirty. We could check in earlier, which was a big relief for us and the whole communication with the hosts was easy.

Cons: We stayed in mid of November and the house was cold. Luckily we had a heater for our room.

Great for a short stay at a great price

Pros: The room is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood, the place is clean and welcoming, and the accommodations are very cozy and comfortable. There are places to buy food and public transportation nearby.

Cons: There was no tv in the room or in the house, but that was fine as I watched movies on my smartphone.

Pros: Jedna se o ubytovani v rodinnem dome. V patre jsou tri dvojluzkove pokoje a koupelna +WC spolecna pro tyto tri pokoje. V prizemi je kuchyn spojena s obyvacim pokojem. Dale je tam pokoj, ktery ma vlastni koupelnu. Do koupelny se vchazi z kuchyne, ne z pokoje. Do pokoje se take vchazi z kuchyne. V kuchyni bylo vse, co jsme potrebovali. Pokoj byl utulny a postel byla pohodlna. Asi dva bloky od domu je autobusova zastavka. Jizdenka do centra NYC stoji cca 5,3$.
